Prior to our reservation, we waited at the bar adjacent to the restaurant. The bartender was rude and had an attitude - he didn't want to even acknowledge or wait on us, as he was engrossed in a conversation with the only other 2 guests at the bar. $50 for 2 drinks, with a poor first impression. Our service in the restaurant was fantastic and the food as well! We always make sure we dine at A&B every visit!!

The service was fantastic. We sat on the patio overlooking the marina, which was nice for watching the boats come and go. My husband had the lobster tail, and it was huge, and he loved it. I had the grouper Oscar. Either they are ashamed of the fish or really proud of their hollandaise sauce, because mine was drowning in sauce. It was all stacked up in a pile with potatoes, fish, asparagus, crab, & a whole lot of sauce. I was disappointed that I couldn't taste any of the individual ingredients because they were all mixed together. That said, I'd go back, but I'd order something different.

Went back to Key West for anniversary. We love Berlins (the bar attached to A&B). Started there for some signature cocktails that did not disappoint. Check in for our reservation at A& B Lobster House. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Diver scallops, NY strip steak, and King crab were on the list for us. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. Our waitress was amazing. Service was superb!

our waiter brought the wrong salads, said he would take them off the bill after we said we would keep them, but did not. i requested melted butter instead of drawn butter to enhance my enjoyment of the $120 lobster, but he had to be reminded and when it was delivered both butter and lobster were cold. disappointing at this price range but đ¤ˇââď¸ but well situated place and would have been fine if our server hadn't been a space cadet.

Our server for dinner was absolutely wonderful. Two of the three bartenders we encountered at berlins before our meal were not friendly at all. Tired of tourists? I get it but what a let down in such a cool space. However, can't say enough good things about the restaurant side. The oysters Rockefeller, the filet, the grouper Oscar and profiteroles were delicious. Thanks to our server for saving the day!

Amazing restaurant, every last detail thought about when it comes to service, ambience, food, flavor! This place is awesome!! They are certainly aiming to please! We had the lobster risotto, the grouper oscar, escargot and stonecrab appetizer and lobster bisque, dirty martinis!! Finished with some key lime pie!! Ask for the love Nick from Georgia!! ??

Iâm never one to return my steak to the kitchen or complain, but this was ridiculous. Literally, waited for 45 minutes after our apps and salads/soups for main course to come out. And then entrees arrived like warm, steak sauce solidified on steaks, crab cakes closer to cold than warm. Potatoes wouldnât even melt the butter patty. Swing and miss, total tourist trap. Shame, has the ambiance to be so much more.
Arrive with low expectations and youâll be somewhat satisfied.

Started with oysters with creme fresh and caviar. First time trying them this way and have to admit it is now my favorite way to eat oysters. Sweet, creamy, salty, perfect!
The surf and turf was great. Steak was a perfect medium rare. Seasoned well and deliciously tender. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were a brilliant addition and added both flavors and textures to the dish. My lobster was a little overcooked with a slight toughness to it, which is why there are only 4 stars.
King crab legs were amazing!! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portion size was spot on. These were on par with crab we recently had in Alaska, although the price per pound was 50% more here. Still felt the value was worth it.
Wine prices here are also significantly higher than I'm used to in California, some being 3X expected pricing, but getting California wines to Key West may be costly. We ordered a Napa Cab and we're happy with the choice.

A&B Lobster House came highly recommended by some foodie friends from Houston, and it did not disappoint. The lobster was the highlight of the eveningâextremely fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Every dish was executed with care, from the tender filet mignon to the buttery lobster tail. One detail that stood out was the lobster tail option on the kids' menu, which is a unique touch that our children enjoyed. The attentive service and upscale atmosphere added to the overall experience, making it a memorable night. A&B Lobster House exceeded our expectations, and weâll definitely be returning on future visits.
