Great little food stand at the Windward Hyatt Vacation Club that’s a perfect microcosm of traditional Key West foods! We tried the conch fritters, coconut shrimp, BLT burger, and smoked Gouda mac and cheese bites - everything was absolutely delicious. The woman working the counter was so friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for a tasty bite while staying at the resort and experiencing authentic local flavors. Highly recommend!

Not shocking, but the service charge was included. 18% to be exact and still the receipt was asking for additional tip. This is not a full blown restaurant. It’s a food stand. The prices are reasonable considering the location.

This is a great place on property for food and drink. We have never had anything bad here. We use this when we don’t want to go out for meals and we are always satisfied.

July 4, 2024: After DJ left, poolside drink of the day, pina colada, not available from 3-5:30 p.m.: a case of mix frozen solid = loss of revenue, most guests immediately left pool area. Staff neglected to plan ahead despite holiday, # guests still on site.

If you're staying at the Hyatt, this is the only place to grab a bite or beverage on property. I had a strawberry daiquiri, shrimp on a skewer (6) and chicken wings (6). The drink was excellent the rest typical bar food, not bad, not fabulous. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a GREAT experience here last week. Looked for local options to go pick up food after assuming the poor Google score and it being a resort bar shack would not be worthy. WRONG!!! Walked down with zero/no expectations and ended up ordering Chicken Tacos, Conch Fritters and a Ceasars Salad with Chicken. Everything was outstanding. They were busy but the chef is a pro and was plating everything for us to-go as I walked back in 15 minutes later. The bartender works with her head on a swivel. She's very efficient and polite working the window for drinks and orders as well as inside. I was apprehensive to order the Conch Fritters but I hadn't had them on this trip down yet PLUS then when I saw the price I was a little put off too. Let me tell you something; they were a complete homerun and by far the best I've ever had in my life. The dipping sauce too. WOW!!! Even the taco shells were lightly grilled and it was the same grilled chicken on the tacos as was the chicken served on the Caesar salad. We were very, very happy with the quality, price and service. With tax and tip and whatever it came to $52.52 for the 3 food items. So super easy and convenient it has probably changed my mind I'm giving pool Tiki's an opportunity to earn our business in the future.

This is the only eatery on the property but it was a fun spot with helpful staff and good food. Had breakfast which was a good value and excellent eats.

My flight out was delayed and I was looking for a meal. Since I am not a great fan of airport eats, I discovered this place with a location app and hoofed over for breakfast. I was able to get a key for the gated area of the resort (no open access that I could see) from the front desk without any hassle (told them I was hoping to get a meal while waiting for a flight). The menu was small but seemed to cover all the basics. My food consisted of scrambled eggs, French toast, and bacon with a passion fruit mimosa. Price was excellent for the food (cocktail basically doubled the tab).
