I wouldn’t go back due to my own preference, they have ice cream , anything any other Baskin Robbins in America has but the lady in the drive thru is rude. I ordered ice cream for my daughters. It turned out to be disgusting. When I opened it the ice cream was surrounded by ants! For what I paid here $38.68 I’ve gotten better ice cream for under $20. The unicorn ice cream is good tho it has a homemade vibe to it. Definitely giving this chain a 3/5

Went for 2 quarts of Pralines and Cream. They didn’t have it. Website said they did. Tried calling first, but phone not in service. Clerk didn’t speak English. Pralines and Cream is one the favorite flavors listed on website but this location had very few choices. Very disappointing experience.

Had a great experience...went in to get a small ice cream cake for us celebrating my 10 year granddaughters bday... asked them to double bag it...they went above just that .. they put ice in a bag in a box then carried it out to the golf cart..Thanks for that it didn't melt on our way back to the condo...

No habla english! Had to repeat and use sign to get what I wanted. Was not the best. I am assuming it was old because of all the bad reviews this place gets and no business. I saw them put a half a glass of milk in it and 1 scoop of ice cream! But I am a tourist I didn't know better. Just wanted to find a place with a parking lot!

We showed up to this restaurant long before they were listed to be closed. The doors were locked. The employees and staff were taking out the trash and informed us that they were not open for service, even though they were open on all of their signs for times.

We went inside the store for ice cream. Big mistake. First, there were only a few flavors available and the ice cream was soft and looked and tasted very old. Second, the place was filthy. The windows, tables, and floors were disgusting. We ate outside as the tables onside hadnt been cleaned- we spotted human hair on one of them. The exterior was also unkept. You would assume that franchisees would be held to a certain standard. Drive thru customers wouldnt notice the conditions so buyer beware!

The only reason I am giving this Dunkin/Baskin Robins one star is because you can't assign 0 stars! The place is disgusting. It is in bad need of cleaning and repair. The employees are rude and unprofessional and the management is clueless. We had run an errand and my grandchildren asked for ice cream and the Dunkin/BR was right there. Went inside and there was one other customer there along with one employee, the manager, and her early teen children. The one employee had taken the other customers order and gone back in the kitchen to fix it. I figured it would only be a few minutes. Boy was I wrong after almost 10 minutes we asked the manager, who was talking to her kids, if someone could take our order. She yells toward the back of the store at the one employee to come take our order. Ask for a cup of chocolate and a cup of vanilla ice cream. They don't have any and the few flavors they had looked like they had thawed and refrozen a few times. If Dunkin/BR was smart, they would pull this franchise. Do yourself a favor, go to Publix and by yourself a carton of ice cream. It will be better and cheaper.

Service here is slow and horrible. I ordered and they repeatedly kept asking me what I wanted. (Not because of my mask fyi)! All I got was a milkshake and it was awful. Watered down and didn't even have flavor. I definitely will not be returning.

I haven’t been to a BR in a really long time and this place reminded me why. 4 of us went in and were told no less than 5 times that they were out of what we asked for. We should have known by the look of the ice cream that it was really old. The ice cream tasted worse than it looked and not one of us finished what we ordered.

On line states open, closing at 9pm... it is 8:30 pm and it's CLOSED!!! Not great for an expectant mother craving ice cream.
