Pete the chef by far is hands down the best of the best and is the life if the restaurant, we had a very large party of 11 and they accommodated us with no issues at all kudos to the entire staff

Always phenomenal! We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays with family, and so was everyone else in town! We heard “Happy Birthday” about 30 times 😂

It was great. I just don't want to be rushed. I'm out for my birthday and I'm in the service industry and I don't try and rush anyone unless that's what they want! We were spending money and tip extremely well!

The cooks are not as talented as they used to be. They cook and that's it. I love to go for the show. I can have a chef cook in a kitchen and get the same service. More interaction is needed

We normally have a great experience when we dine here but this time our service was extremely slow. The waitress was not very friendly and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated for our reservation even though the restaurant was only 1/2 full. The food is always great and we enjoyed the chef cooking at our table.

We absolutely love our local Benihana's! It is my son's number one choice for their birthday dinners! We have never had a bad experience there but last night was one of the best! Chef Jorge is our favorite and always takes great care of us. We had Rom as our server for the first time and he was excellent, very attentive as well as our busser who was so friendly. It was an overall GREAT experience!

Confused why they uncharged 6$ for fried rice per meal ? Every binihanas automatically comes with fried rice .felt they were taking advantage of customers visiting keys .

1st off I got a metal piece of steel wool in my soup We did not receive everything that we were supposed to get we didn't get tea and we didn't get a dessert. we questioned the waitress and she said oh well yeah only one of our meals included a dessert but we looked on the menu and both of our meals were suppose to have a dessert but at that point we just wanted to leave. The food was good and the chef that cooked the food was good just our waitress didn't know her job. My boy friend never was there before so I wanted him to experience it and he was not impressed with the stuff that happened. Needless to say we would probably not go to another one.

We can all the time but tonight it was horrible. I tried to order fried rice and apparently the waitress could not comprehend English. The cook has cooked for me many times and I was very upset because the waitress acted as if she could not understand my order. This restaurant used to be one of my favorite places. Juan, Head chef is awesome, so are most of the cooks. Paco our cook is always great. last night the waitress threw the whole mood off, and everyone was uncomfortable. If restaurants want people to tip and they should offer their employees more training on how to treat the folks that are tipping.

We loved Benihana Key west. Its was my son's first time and he now wishes to go back on his birthday. Our wonderful chef and servers were lovely and made our experience on our vacation extra special. Food was just AMAZING. Thank you.
