Pete the chef by far is hands down the best of the best and is the life if the restaurant, we had a very large party of 11 and they accommodated us with no issues at all kudos to the entire staff 
It was a lovely birthday dinner. The Chef was very entertaining! We didn't know anyone at the table but by the end of the dinner we were all friends. It was a delightful experience.
It was great. I just don't want to be rushed. I'm out for my birthday and I'm in the service industry and I don't try and rush anyone unless that's what they want! We were spending money and tip extremely well!
