Excellent experience.. we travel to the keys annually in September. Best time to dine, not too crowded and service is exceptional.. the manager always checking in on customers with a smile and enthusiasm. The staff is magnificent, caring, knowledgeable and very friendly .. my family always looks forward to dining every time we visit the Keys
So we visited this location a couple weeks again and the food was perfect. We came back again two weeks later and ordered the same exact thing and it was way off from our last visit. We both ordered the trio with extra mushrooms and I ordered extra chicken fried rice. The cook never put garlic butter or seasoning on my steak, I recieved a total of 4 small little pieces of chicken and the over all I truly feel we didn't get near the food we got last time at this same exact...
We haven't been to a Benihana in years. Finding this one was awesome. Best hibachi meal ever!! Michael, our chef was incredible and made a signature sauce for us. Each course prepared was incredible.
