My top pick for key lime pie, as the massive meringue makes it the best place in Key West; however the rest of the food, while good, is subpar. Supposedly, one should go for breakfast but I found their lunch menu to be lacking in options.I had the Mahi Mahi sandwich and some of the fried potatoes were burnt, but otherwise, it had good flavor. Other than lettuce, pickles, and their house sauce, the sandwich didn't have any other toppings. The space itself is quite spacious with a lovely outdoor space with plenty of fans. The house is also quite historic with a former cockfighting arena. It is first come first serve, but it's usually not too crowded. If it is, they have a nice waiting area across the street.

Great atmosphere. Had the great key lime pie on our last visit. This visit, the fish sandwich and chicken salad sandwiches were too filling to have desert.

Relaxed atmosphere with great service and food. Our server Lukas was friendly and informative when we asked questions about the restaurant and amazing trees framing the restaurant. The 30 minute wait was worth it!!!
Great food , live music. I would recommend walking if you're staying in the area much easier to walk that drive and find no parking. Lots of local beer and liquors.

A glimpse at the best of what key West has to offer. Great food, good vegetarian options in a relaxed and charming setting. Our favorite meal while in the area.Vegetarian options: There are 2 entrees and apps that cater to vegetarians/vegans. Recommend the macrobowl and the miso eggplant salad.

Blue Heaven is Outstanding!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Best Lobster Benedict on the island!!! ?️My daughter was visiting for the holiday so we went to Blue Heaven for breakfast, not once but twice in three days that’s how awesome it was!!! The first day I had Lobster Benedict, my daughter had Shrimp and Grits both were amazing! The second day I had Beef Tenderloin and Lobster Benedict, my daughter had Lobster Benedict, again both were incredible! We had their famous Key Lime Pie for dessert both days which was out of this world! Blue Heaven is one of my favorite places on the island! I would highly recommend! ?️❤️

It's a necessity to stop here as the key lime pie is our favorite. The service has always only been mediocre as if we're burdening someone - doesn't matter if we sit at the bar or across the street at the little cafe.

A must visit. From the waiting area across the street (with love music) to the wonderful eating area, which also has live music, the place is iconic!Parking: Catch an Uber or lift.
The food and location are excellent and reservations are recommended unless you arrive as they open for dinner. The key lime pie was amazing and should probably be split. Generously portioned and the tallest meringue you'll see.
This restaurant was #1 on places I wanted to try. I was incredibly disappointed. There was a 1.5 hour wait for seating, so we went to the bar indoors - the atmosphere indoors is much different than the outdoor space. Our food was average - I ordered the lobster and grits - lacking any flavor, small portion, and it was $27. The bartender was understandably busy but so rude. If you visit, I would consider waiting for outdoor seating.

My wife ordered the omelet with spinach onion and tomato actually told the waitress twice still came with two hands full of mushrooms which my wife does not eat like that also expected the lobster and grits to be hot was only lukewarm was told when we walked in it would be a little while before we got a table but we could sit at the bar 1 minute after sitting at the bar 3 tables were seated and will someone tell waitresses and waiters that when you order Ice-T in the South it is always sweet LOL very overpriced
