Wilson’s knowledge of the menu and attention to timing made the entire evening seamless. Thom paired our cocktails and wine perfectly with each course. The entire staff was warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming — hospitality at its finest. We began with the Baby Gem Lettuce (lychee, red onion, puffed rice, coconut ranch) and toasted focaccia with whipped ricotta and olive oil — fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. For entrées: 🦞 Sous vide lobster tail with Okinawa sweet potato gnocchi, baby corn, tarragon & preserved lemon butter 🐟 Grilled swordfish piccata with Key West pink shrimp, fingerling potatoes, haricot verts & lemon caper sauce And of course, we couldn’t skip dessert — a trio of tastings paired with bourbon and Port wine to end the night on the perfect note. If you’re looking for a truly exceptional dinner experience, Café Marquesa is it. We already can’t wait to return on our next visit. 🍷

This is a $20 cocktail. They just gave me a half-empty glass. The place is very busy, the food selection is very limited, and the prices are very high. We left after two cocktails and will never come back.

Wow! This place was fantastic. The food was divine. We had the lobster and the swordfish and both were absolute perfection. Wilson was our server and the service was impeccable. We are so happy we made this part of our trip to Key West. This place rivals Michelin star restaurants we have visited. Highly recommend!

We chose Cafe Marquesa for dinner and it absolutely delivered. The steak was perfect — beautifully seared, juicy, and expertly seasoned. Every bite hit exactly where it should.
The duck was also flawless — rich, tender, and cooked just right with great flavor balance.
Service was attentive without being overbearing, the atmosphere was refined but relaxed, and the overall experience felt special without being pretentious.

We are locals and love this fine dining restaurant. Diana G., our server was outstanding and knew the menu extensively. We were a bit disappointed in that we had drooled over the menu prior to our reservation and had made our choices. When we arrived most everything had changed and what we had decided on what no longer available. Next time we'll call ahead, but having said this we still had a wonderful and fabulous meal with outstanding service! Call ahead as it is a very popular and busy place.

It's not a fine dinning restaurant it's a bar. So loud you can't hear anything. I'm an architect and told them many times how to fix it. Seems the owners like it loud and obnoxious Food is good as is the service. If you could put up with what comes with it. Go for it. Also didn't know why there were bread plates on the table when there was no bread service

We ate here on a Friday night and had a first class meal. Everything we had was lovely. The restaurant was busy with a good atmosphere and we had a nice table for 2 tucked away. We started with the baby gem lettuce and focaccia. Both excellent. We both had fish dishes which were excellent. Also had the key lime pie - I doubt there is a better one in Key West. This is a top notch restaurant and food. We would not hesitate to return.
