We had delicious food and a great waitperson named Lizzy. My husband and I shared a fresh fish sandwich and key lime pie. Very convenient on Duvall St but not noisy the night we were there.

Great restaurant right on Duvall St. Our server, Caya, was super sweet and attentive. Pasta Broccolini was excellent as was the skirt steak.

Caroline's Cafe is an authentic Key West cafe with great service and casual atmosphere. A truly a great experience located in the heart of old Town on Duval. The conch fritters appetizer is a must! I had the fresh catch of the day which was Wahoo and served with rice and broccoli! It was excellent. The cafe offers a decent beer and specialty drink selection. I had the Waterfront Brewery Crazy Lady Honey Blonde craft beer, very good! Served in plastic cups so you don't have to rush your drink, take it with you.This restaurant offers outdoor seating only cooked by large fans. I’d recommend Caroline's Cafe when visiting Key West!

We had a late lunch at Caroline's Cafe. The service and food were good. We had a shrimp n bacon club, Caroline's Famous fish sandwich with fries and cocktails. We enjoyed the food and drinks!

Unfortunately, we had a subpar service experience with our waitress. For most of our meal, we were looked after by the food runner, who was attentive and kind, she wore a cute fairy costume for the fantasy festival. So did most of the other staff which we thought was a neat idea. As far as our waitress, we never got her name but she was tall and had glasses and seemed very unhappy to be working and was not particularly accommodating. We understand the restaurant being busy, but the attitude was not what we'd expect, and it made our meal feel less enjoyable. We hope management can address the inconsistency in the front-of-house staff's behavior or promote the food runner who actually served us to a waitressing position.

Carol Ann's is a sister restaurant to Jack Flats and Fogerty's. However, it's not as good as the other two! I had a club sandwich that was fine. If you screw up a club sandwich you shouldn't even be in business! My wife had a Southwest chicken salad. The chicken was cold and hard and very difficult to cut! She got plate of grilled chicken and added it, but the chicken felt just as rubbery! We won't go back here again! There are too many other good restaurants on Duval Street to waste our time here.

Anthony at the Bishop recommended this spot for good, simple food and the Duval St people watching experience. I sat on the patio and was not disappointed. The black beans and rice with the pulled pork was fantastic.

No Had shrimp Poboy and bread was not fresh. Fries were limited and overcooked and tea was weak. Asked for lemons twice and I believe that had been sitting out for several hours. Would not go back.
