Catered Affairs of Key West

We had the pleasure of hiring Catered Affairs of Key West for our wedding in June. Vianca and team were and absolutely pleasure to work with. Vianca was attentive to detail around special touches and allergy concerns. Not only was the food delicious but the catered affairs team provided great dinner and drinks service. The highlight for us was the appetizers, most notable being the smoked fish dip and seafood station!

All of our guests complimented the food saying that it was some of the best food they have had at any wedding. Catered affairs was great to work with! As bride and groom we felt so comfortable knowing that our food was being handled by the best on the island.

Learn to cook fish. They catered wedding and I had mahi mahi. Fish was so overcooked it was inedible.

We hired Catered Affairs of Key West for our wedding - less than two months out from the day, and they made that feel like we were planning years in advance. Martina was excellent at breaking down the cost, reviewing the menu, helping with recommendations, and touching base to ensure everything worked out as we would like for the special day. The food was absolutely excellent (you MUST get the crab cake appetizer!!!!) and the only 'complaint' I heard from any attendee after the day was that they all wanted second and third servings. I would absolutely recommend Catered Affairs to anyone who was looking for catering services in the area.

We highly recommend Catered affairs for any event the staff was amazing and Vianca is the easiest person to work with to make your event match your vision. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and fun. I cannot say enough good things about the crew. We used them for our wedding needs and they were Top Notch all around.

I had a great experience working with Catered Affairs and Martina for my 11/14/24 wedding. We had food stations with a steak and mahi taco bar, salad, and my favorite fettuccine Alfredo. We also had about 7 different passed hors d’oeuvres, including cheesesteak eggrolls, which was very special to me because I’m from Philly and my husband is from Key West. The food was great but the service was next level! They took great care of all of my wedding guests, even the ones who need extra attention. Martina was very responsive and easy to work with during the planning process. I also rented my tables, chairs, linens, and flatware from them And they brought the bars into the venue. We had a high energy party (non traditional wedding setup) and the Catered Affairs team understood the assignment!

We hired Catered Affairs for our wedding in January and the food and service were perfect! We worked with Martina and she was a joy to work with. We met with her at the tasting and communicated frequently in the months leading up to our wedding. Martina answered all of our questions and was so helpful! All of our guests said the food was amazing, they also loved the specialty cocktail. We have been to a ton of weddings over the past 5 years and we can confidently say that our wedding food was some of the best! The staff was on top of it and made sure we were fed and didn’t need anything. We were so happy with how everything came out, we would hire CA again if we have the chance!

My family and friends are still talking about it! Martina was not only knowledgeable and responsive but she listened and provided suggestions and answers I didn’t know I needed.

My husband during planning kept saying no one will remember the food, boy was he wrong! The night of the wedding her team was unbelievable. The service from the entire staff was on par with a four star restaurant. Martina and her team gave us the most incredible, most perfect wedding we’ll always remember.

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful it was working with Vianca from Catered affairs for our remote wedding in Key West. Planning from a different state can’t be tricky but she was so responsive, kind and helpful! Not to mention, their food is AMAZING!! I still dream of the coconut shrimp, Cajun butter steak, and beef empanadas. I had so many people come up to me and say this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Couldn’t agree more coming from a big foodie! 10/10 would recommend!

Catered Affairs was the best decision I made for my wedding. The food and drinks were the best ever. Every single item and drink was absolutely great. Everyone raved about how amazing it was. Working with the team was wonderful. Quick to respond, organized, and accurate. I couldn’t have imagined a better catering company! If you’re having an event, book them!

Catered affairs catered our 100 person wedding and were a pleasure to work with. The food was incredible and service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

The thing that stood out to us about Catered Affairs (outside of the food - which was great) is what a smooth operation they run. They served 151 people extremely quick which was necessary with our timeline. They also had excellent bartenders and there were never any drink lines at all. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and we LOVED our food tasting we got to do. Catered Affairs also allowed us to stock our own bar - which was a total gamechanger budget wise and allowed us to have our dream wedding in Key West. We are SO thankful we were able to do that.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars across the board was a lack of communication during the event that we didn't even realize until after when we heard about it from guests. We spent a significant amount of money on customized re-usable cups as party favors, and the wait staff threw most of them out after they were used. We should have said something up front to make sure this wouldn't happen, but we really just didn't think about it because we didn't think they looked or felt disposable. A lot of our guests were surprised and upset that they got up to dance and their cups were all thrown away. We just wish someone would have asked if they were disposable or not.

With that said - we would 100% hire Catered Affairs again without any reservations, I just wouldn't want to see any other couple to have the same issue we did.

We hired Catered Affairs for our February 2024 wedding and we couldn’t be happier! From the initial start right to the very end everyone was so helpful and kind especially Amy and Vianca! The food was amazing, our guests still rave about the appetizers, which were the teriyaki beef wraps and tuna tartare. I highly recommend using CA for your event, you will not be disappointed!!
