I can’t begin to explain how wonderful it was working with Vianca from Catered affairs for our remote wedding in Key West. Planning from a different state can’t be tricky but she was so responsive, kind and helpful! Not to mention, their food is AMAZING!! I still dream of the coconut shrimp, Cajun butter steak, and beef empanadas. I had so many people come up to me and say this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Couldn’t agree more coming from a big foodie! 10/10 would recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Catered Affairs and Martina for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! Catered Affairs was the best decision I made for my wedding. The food and drinks were the best ever. Every single item and drink was absolutely great. Everyone raved about how amazing it was. Working with the team was wonderful. Quick to respond, organized, and accurate. I couldn’t have imagined a better catering company! If you’re having an event, book them!

Catered affairs catered our 100 person wedding and were a pleasure to work with. The food was incredible and service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

The thing that stood out to us about Catered Affairs (outside of the food - which was great) is what a smooth operation they run. They served 151 people extremely quick which was necessary with our timeline. They also had excellent bartenders and there were never any drink lines at all. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and we LOVED our food tasting we got to do. Catered Affairs also allowed us to stock our own bar - which was a total gamechanger budget wise and allowed us to have our dream wedding in Key West. We are SO thankful we were able to do that.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars across the board was a lack of communication during the event that we didn't even realize until after when we heard about it from guests. We spent a significant amount of money on customized re-usable cups as party favors, and the wait staff threw most of them out after they were used. We should have said something up front to make sure this wouldn't happen, but we really just didn't think about it because we didn't think they looked or felt disposable. A lot of our guests were surprised and upset that they got up to dance and their cups were all thrown away. We just wish someone would have asked if they were disposable or not.

With that said - we would 100% hire Catered Affairs again without any reservations, I just wouldn't want to see any other couple to have the same issue we did.

We hired Catered Affairs for our February 2024 wedding and we couldn’t be happier! From the initial start right to the very end everyone was so helpful and kind especially Amy and Vianca! The food was amazing, our guests still rave about the appetizers, which were the teriyaki beef wraps and tuna tartare. I highly recommend using CA for your event, you will not be disappointed!!

Martina was SO detail-oriented and very, very dedicated to making sure we had incredible food and all the little details right. We were thrilled with their pricing and options, and even thought we weren’t a big-budget wedding, they treated us as if we were their only client at times. The tasting was a great experience that got us even more excited for the wedding, and really helped us finalize our menu choices. Martina also gave me SUCH good advice about other details of the wedding, including candid feedback of bakery/cake options. The actual events went so well, and the food was a hit – many guests commented on how unusually good the food was and much better than other weddings they had attended. I’m always worried as a hostess about my guests getting enough food/drink to eat, but I can say that the passed appetizers kept coming and we were turning them away after getting so full – highly recommend the crabcake upgrade, they were delicious and well portioned! I also think their coconut shrimp are the best I’ve tasted anywhere. We ended up with filet mignon as one of our options for the meal, and it was important to us that it was cooked medium rare especially since it was a budget splurge. Friends, let me tell you, it was one of the BEST prepared steaks I have ever had. Every single guest was talking about it, and cooking filets to temperature for a large event is no easy feat; I was skeptical it could be done, but Catered Affairs NAILED it. They also provided the linens and cake cutting for the wedding, and it was so so smooth. Martina and the owners of Catered Affairs truly care about serving quality food and making weddings special. They take immense pride in what they put out there and treat their clients with such respect and warmth. If you have an opportunity to book Catered Affairs, go for it! I loved working with Martina!

We used Catered Affairs of Key West for our wedding on 9/30/23 and couldn't have been happier! Our guests absolutely raved about the food, and still do to this day. Martina was so easy to work with and very accommodating of specific requests we had. Would highly, highly recommend!

We used Catered Affairs for our wedding this past week and only have great things to say!! Our guests LOVED their food! They especially spoke about their appetizers (teriyaki meatballs and spinach artichoke dip in phyllo cups). As well as the key lime tarts for dessert-great portion size and perfect for our key west wedding! Staff was great, efficient and always asking around to make sure our guests were satisfied and getting enough. I worked with Vianca during the planning process and she was so quick with getting back to me and was sooo helpful! Couldn’t have done it without her, thank you!!!!

We hired CA for our wedding and people STILL talk about how delicious our food was. We did a cocktail style reception with a slider station. My pregnant friend was worried about a cocktail style reception since she is in her snacking trimester and she was full in round one of the apps. They did an amazing job at making sure the food was constantly being passed and it was all so fresh and good. You will not regret having them cater your party.

Went to a party where this company was in charge of the catering, the steak was the worst steak I had in my life, dry, very dry!!! (they offered filet and that wasn’t a filet) with overcooked vegetables low on salt, and a regular mashed potatoes (kinda good, the only food I touched in the plate) sorry really dropped the ball this time…

I got married 2 months ago and my guests are STILL talking about how unbelievable the food was! There team was AMAZING to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married in Key West and is looking for amazing food with great staff and people to work with!
