I hope the manager reads this or whoever is in charge and also all future customers. Went there today and just asked what the Cuban was and the guy behind the counter ‘Christian’ immediatly felt like it was too much to explain. Saying things like ‘what do you mean’ and ‘it’s premade’. I asked what was inside the hamburger and he said ‘it’s just a hamburger’. Whilst I was asking because of allergies which I mentioned to him. Very very unfriendly. Don’t think you should work in hospitality when you don’t know how to deal with customers. Eventually he still got my order wrong but he just wanted to go to the next in line. Maybe because I had an accent he didn’t want to help me. So don’t get served by Christian if you ever go here.

So I was here two days in a row with my four year-old and on day number one I observed that only two sinks semi worked in the restroom and then I learned on day two that the owners of the café. This particular café are the ones responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of those sinks so I like for Zachary and I want the image and reputation of for Zachary to be upkeep and maintained you guys are making a killing for the prices that you charge $13 for a small cheeseburger six dollars for kids apple juice. It’s only fair that you not be negligent with the upkeep and maintenance of the female bathrooms. Three sinks do not work and only one is fully functioning. I will change my review once I see this changed, thanks

Service is as expected for a bar counter. Prices OK given that it’s a tourist area. But you cannot beat the feeling of being back in time and having a cold beer looking at the beach where you don’t have pretentious tourists over.

Forgot to bring my own mayonnaise and ketchup for barbecue. And ask worker Jane. To sell at least a bit, since we on a vacation, and most pp in Key west are friendly. But he was so rude, like nope, we don’t sell , we can’t give it to you. Not being nice at all. And kinda ruin my view about visiting Fort Zachary.
If you dont want to drive for food and drinks, go for it. We ordered pina colada and didn't have any alcohol. I asked for an additional shot, and it was the same as the first time.

Very expensive for what it is. I got ball park style nachos and cheese, wife got nachos with chillie and such, and two beers were $45... Ouch. So bring your own food and drinks.

Beach chairs are also expensive if you’re planning on having a seat on the beach. Bad enough you gotta pay to get in but how else would they make their money lol. Next time we will drive the 20 hours

Got to spend a little time at the beach so we took the chance to grab some adult beverages and relax in the shade. The views are wonderful so we couldn't really ask for more. Good selection of drinks and even some food if you are hungry.
