Angela was AWESOME!!! Food hit the spot! Stopped in for a quick lunch bite waiting for our room. The spot was chill, food and drinks were yummy, and service was excellent. We can't wait to go back. Their French fries were amazing!

Great piña colada's and the snapper fish sandwich was absolutely delicious though it was heavily overpriced. Also, the fries were crispy and very tasty. Service was excellent, staff are very friendly.

Stayed in the hotel for a week and the service was inconsistent in this restaurant. Had two different servers throughout the week and while one was bubbly and attempted to be helpful the other was clearly dragging her feet. There were clear ways in which they could have been more efficient but no manager seemed to check in with them at all so they did the best they could. Food was better than average and I could without a doubt say the chicken sliders are the best I've had anywhere! The chicken was crunch and juicy and paired perfectly with the aioli and the brioche. Fries were perfectly crispy and the ceviche was portioned well. I have zero complaints on the kitchenThe drinks were also a sore point in consistency as a typical margarita was made from the carton with no fresh lime and was more expensive than the specialty cocktails on the menu. Upon switching to the specialty margarita the drink was balanced and was made with fresh lime. This was upsetting as I just wanted a simple margarita vs a flavored one with extra juices. Overall an okay spot and the food made up for the inconsistencies in service and bar options. It's always great to be able to have a drink and some food options while by or in the pool so that is also a plus.P.s. there are actual chickens and roosters roaming about

Worst Marriott experience. Infested with sugar ants in our suite. We were told they are native to Key West and there was nothing they could do for us. I left with bites in the side of my feet. Out by the pool, they waitress gave my credit card to someone else and that was after she charged their bill on it. We finally got the card back after an hour but was late to our reservation. The manager was not apologetic and could care less. We are travelers. Just this year I have stayed on a Marriott alone 30 nights. This experience has me moving towards the Hilton brands and getting rid of my bonvoy credit card too.

Pro: * Hotel offered airport pick up and drop off, very friendly driver. * We were in building 1, room with balcony with water view and direct access to the beach. * The 1-bedroom is a very decent size with the sofa bed. * The room was very clean, kitchen had everything needed for the stay, and laundry in the room was a plus. * Hotel breakfast buffet for 2 was part of the Titanium benefit, never busy in the restaurant during breakfast time. It was not an extensive buffet, but extremely friendly and efficient service. * Shuttle to downtown, about 15 minute ride or easy uber ride. * The pool is not big but never crowded, and always have available chairs. Con: * The buildings are not clearly marked, especially if you are walking between buildings in the garage. * The hotel is not close to downtown for restaurants, rely on either shuttle or uber. The shuttle does get full during busy times (both to and from downtown), and you are then told to either uber to wait for the next hour. * The grocery story is not walking distance, especially if you are carrying things. * The shower didn't drain well. Other than that, the bathroom was a very good size. * There is a daily resort fee attached but no noticeable benefits, but that seems to be a general Marriott agenda to add in as much fees as possible. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I want to give a shout out to Steven at the poolside. This is my 2nd time at the same hotel. I look forward to seeing Steven. He remembers your name and greets you with a welcoming smile. Super friendly and very accommodating by the pool. He is a great asset to the hotel to ensure a great experience.

Unfortunately I did not have the stay I was anticipating with my family at the Marriott Beachside in Key West. Upon checking in I discovered a number of what I thought were ants in our room on the 1st floor in building 6. I went to the desk and they offered to spray but because of our delayed flights, we were late checking in and my family was already asleep. They said that they would be able to give us a new room the following day as there were no other rooms available to accommodate our family that night. When I got back to my room, I found a cockroach in the bedroom and nearly lost it. I called what I thought was the front desk but I believe it was a central operator who told me to “squish it with my foot” ?. I did not squish it but was able to trap it under a cup. We slept the night as there were no other choices available and we were moved the next day. After finding the roach, I then changed my thinking that the “ants” were actually roach nymphs. The new room was very clean BUT the dishwasher and the whirlpool tub did not work. I had to reexplain all these things upon checking out and was told they’d look into it… I received no compensation while I was there at the hotel and upon check out was relieved of one day of hotel fees ($42 which was also absurd for use of the pool and WiFi I guess). Overall I don’t think we’ll be staying there again and might even reconsider any marriotts in the future. I will say despite the broken amenities in the room, the second room was quite nice and clean and had that been my first experience there I would not be as disgruntled as I am (even with the broken things).

This well-located hotel in Key West Florida is missing many many details. it would be difficult to list all of the details missed at this property. Here are a few: during my stay, the card reader in the elevator didn’t work properly, housekeeping left on the safety latch when they serviced the room, which locked me out of my room for a long period of time until Engineering came and broke the safety lock to let me in my room, a total lack of urgency from the front desk on the few times I made requests from them, and several missed details during a dinner in their restaurant, just to name just a few of the missed details that make a difference in a guests stay. The team members that did make this stay better were Joe and Adrian, the engineers that took care of the safety latch issue in the room because they showed they cared. Unfortunately I could not recommend this hotel.

Outstanding upscale option for Key West, service was great, the onsite breakfast and restaurant are solid options. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. Great base for exploring Key West away from the crowds of Duval. Angel and Danielle are an amazing customer service team!

Wife planned a 5 night stay in the townhomes since we were traveling with our son (18) his gf (19) and our daughters (14&11). We had a gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom townhouse facing the water in building 5 with a stairwell with access to a sandy beach tanning area. There has been a great housekeeping service everyday around 4 so we stay scarce until 5 or 6pm. There is a nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware, a pan, a pot, 6 plastic bowls with covers, dishwasher and an ice maker in the fridge. Comfortable beds and furniture with space for six where we won’t have to be crowded compared to a hotel room. Only downside was our shower drain was slow and the light burned out over the shower but we will be letting the front desk know upon check out. It wasn’t inconvenient and I’m sure their maintenance engineers will fix it before the next check in. Would definitely stay again

Our shuttle driver (Mark M.), was a great asset to us! He was able to give us some tips and local knowledge that really enhanced our stay! He was polite, engaging, and honest in sharing his insights from having lived on the island his entire life.

Pros: 1. Greeted by John upon arrival. Very nice young man. 2. Very spacious suite for 3 people. 3. The room had mostly everything we needed: A safe, huge fridge, washer and dryer, TWO bathrooms, two TVs, balcony with comfy chairs, USB ports next to bedside, nice shower with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. 4. Toilet and shower in master had a door separating it from sinks. While one did their business, the other could get ready in front of the mirrors. 4. Nice pool. Shout out to Steve - activities coordinator. He was such a nice guy. Gave us fresh towels without us having to ask. 5. Drinks/food poolside. 6. Great location. Close to airport. Away from the craziness of Downtown but still near enough to get to quickly. 7. Always found parking in the covered garage (kept the car cool). 8. Shuttle passes to downtown area. 9. 1 free drink pass. Cons: 1. No paper towel in the room, not even one roll. 2. Room service was lacking. Asked for bottled water and towels one morning and they never came. Asked again that same afternoon. Waited for around and hour... Nothing. Called a third time, and practically begged... Finally came. 3. The beach looked gross. Water had a brown hue probably due to the algae. 4. Couch had stains. 5. Main restaurant was not in service while we were there. 6. Daily parking fee. 7. Daily resort fee.

Had a TERRIBLE experience here thanks to the manager Ariel. I was visiting with my parents and I booked a standard room thinking there would be double bed options. But I was not notified there is only one standard room with two beds and it’s occupied. They are not willing to accommodate me for a room with two beds or even a pull out couch unless I pay 150 or 250 upgrade fees because I was only a gold member, not a platinum, titanium and ambassador level member. Thank you for treating your lower level status members like trash. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
