Chili's Grill & Bar

Arrived asked bartender Mindy for beer n mixed drink…. Waited 10 mins she disappeared. Finally asked other bartender, so sweet she fixed drink and gave beer. Finally had to ask Mindy if we could order finally!!!! Ordered the boneless chicken nuggets lol not wings. They were so salty we could hardly eat. Told her she stayed if was chili’s sauce. Gave us a honey mustard. Then went across bar complained to customers about me observing her. They looked at me smiling n shrugged their shoulders. I’m a bartender on the Gulf Coast maybe some need customer service refreshing.

Why if you have flights leaving at 8:45 in the airport would you close at 7PM? We had so many of us flying out on the last flight that were hungry since we had to get to the right at dinner time! And when we got through check in and through TSA you were already already closed along with every other thing in the airport! How about you stay open at least until 8:00 so that those of us who have to check in at 6:30 can then come eat and have a drink! That was very disappointing. !

Keep walking....they don't pour a full shot. Drinks are expensive and weak!!

We had a shockingly delicious chicken sandwich with fries before a flight out. Honestly, was one of the tastiest fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Friendly service as well! Great spot to relax if you're waiting for a flight.

We were traveling with our two year old, starving and cutting it close before our flight. Our server, LaReta said she could make it happen and she did so with tremendous grace. Great experience! Thank you LaReta more making it happen!

Food was surprisingly good. Haven’t eaten at a chilis in decades. Was looking to kill time while waiting for a flight. Keral Ann was a saint while dealing with an out of line customer. Service was good. Estevan was our server.

We just had a great experience start to finish before flying home from our vacation in Key West. Mark who served us was incredible. Attentive, friendly, and responsive to any of our questions and needs. Came as strangers, left as friends!

Had a great experience at Chilis inside Key West airport today. The food and drinks came out quickly and fresh and our server Lareta was the best!! Very good and friendly service is hard to come by these days! She was awesome!

They should have paid me to eat here… the service here was atrocious…and somehow the food was even worse. If it wasn’t the only restaurant in the entire airport we would have walked out.

Jana Blagg was our waitress. We were a group of 6 scouts wanting to pay individually whilst having a 2 hour layover. We all ordered chicken strips and one ordered a burger. She forced a tip upon us and when we said no, she asked us if we knew what a tip was. Obviously we did, and since she begged us rudely for a tip, we still refused. Food was great but lost our business from the rest of our troop just because of this.

Pixie!!! She’s the only reason this was a 5 star experience! They were packed, for about 2 hours, we sat at the bar and watch Pixie run circles around everyone. There were a couple people clearly in training, trying really hard. On the other hand, at one point there were at least 5 other people behind the bar. Standing around, looking for things then just walking away. Saw someone knock over a tray and another worker just walk by it on the floor. Then a guy running food came very close to tripping on it. The place was pretty much a disaster (I personally understand because they just opened), but Pixie outshined EVERYONE!!

Service was slow. The guy with the long hair was far from on pointe. I had to cancel my food because it never came out, meanwhile other customers that were after me received their food. Horrible service.

The breakfast couldn’t have been worse. The tea is not good and no food was fresh. The waffles were clearly frozen and heated up and burned on the bottom. The granola tastes stale. Such a waste of restaurant space in the new airport. Food isn’t even cheap very expensive food that is horrible quality.
