Most rude bartender I have EVER encountered. Female 12/31, mid afternoon. Everything was a wild inconvenience to her, and the eye rolls when asking for a drink are CRAZY. Chilis is next door!

Bartender was rude from the rip. Had a long day after being on my feet for 10 hours and just wanted a drink before my flight back to ATL. As soon as I sat down it felt like I wasn’t welcome.
That said, I was tired and wanted a drink. So I looked over their bar menu and decided to order a Paloma. Simple drink…. Not hard. Bartender screwed her face up like I had grown another head. So rather than ask how to make it politely or ask me to order something else she felt the need to make a big deal about how she had never heard of it. No problem. I helped her with how to make it, got the drink and drank it. That’s when she decided to purposefully mispronounce the name of the drink as many ways as she could get think in a condescending tone.
Look. I’m sorry you don’t know what a Paloma is. It’s delicious and also something I figured a bartender in Key West would know how to make. Next time I’ll just get a drink at the Chilis…..

We ate here today while waiting on our flight. We were originally sitting on the bar that outlines the actual bar. Our server was great, he then asked us to pay since his shift was up.He went to get change for us and the bartender was extremely rude to him. Something about he was supposed to have his own change. Which I get but there’s a way to kindly explain protocol and not speak to him in a belittling manner! Then she was very rude with a customer who was trying to order a drink and he was sitting on the outer ledge, she very rudely let him know that he needed to wait for his server. Then she was very rude to another customer who was sitting at I guess what is considered a handicapped seating area/chair at the bar area. I sadly didn’t get her name(dark hair with purple and green coloring). If this lady worked for me she would be looking for a different job! She needs to learn how to speak to people, and if she hates her job then she needs to find another one.

Orderd mozzarella sticks. They tasted like fish. Orderd drinks and food. Flight was delayed. Got a soda and pretzel ate in my seat. Bartender came over and rudely asked me to leave if I was not having their food. I already orderd from them and payed. Did not need the rudeness! Food and service was trash!

Went here before the flight. Waited 45 minutes for food and had to leave before the food came out, or we would have missed our flight. I. Florida if you order food you have to pay for it regardless of how long it takes to cook. So they chased us down with a police person that told us about the law. We paid the bill. Never saw our food. Staff all had attitudes like they didn’t want to serve us. Maybe it was a one off thing, but experience here was all bad.

EYW has two sit-down restaurants. Immediately after clearing security, there is a Chili's. Big chain. Crowded. Comfortable and familiar menu.
But way down, by the last gate (there are only five) lies a little bit of Key West. Enthusiastic staff. Fresh fish. Great burger. Full bar, and an unobstructed view of the runway.
It was a pleasant way to spend an hour before our flight, and when our fish tacos were accidently delivered to another table, the manager appeared, apologized, and took 10% off our bill.
Well done, Conch Flyer!

The Conch Flyer just opened back up and I was so happy to be able to get their Cuban Sandwich once again. The new location is open for breakfast and lunch inside the airport, after security unfortunately. A lot of the old staff is there making the place welcoming and fun. Could use some Key West artwork but at least you can get conch fritters, conch chowder, and other local food! So glad they are back!

Great food for casual food but service is always terrible. With awesome service, this restaurant for the airport would hit over the top. Wait stay are over worked and just not nice. Some customer service training would be appreciated. It is a busy place but a lot of room for improvement on the customer service side. Need more wait staff always only two people although full restaurant. I have been there about 3 times and it has always been the same.
