I’m truly saddened that Cuban Coffee Queen bought my favorite ice cream place … Whitt’s. Now for the third time, I’ve come into Key West and you’ve Closed EARLY! First it was 10pm, then 9pm, then 8pm and now you’re closing before 7pm!!! Why? I’ve been a regular customer for six years. Now I can’t have ice cream after dinner. You always have wonderful staff with Noki and Igor and his wife. They are always wonderful. Such a shame. This is just sad!
mailed me the wrong coffee have not responded to the email I sent . will not order again

Best coffee in key west
We stopped in during our Key West cruise port visit. What a fantastic experience! The cafe was fairly busy yet there was plenty of help to serve us in a timely manner. The two double Cuban coffees we ordered were absolutely amazing! ☕ A perfect way to pave the runway for our Key West visit! ?

Worst service ever. The person attending us that evening (young gentlemen with long hair) seem to have a long an bad day. He was attending us with the worst attitude barely answering question about option , got our order wrong and when I pointed the inappropriate tone got angry and stated raising his voice and yelling yelling us.

I’ve been to two of the three locations. Both locations I went to were fantastic. I got the iced cafe con leche at this location and much to my surprise the ice cubes were frozen coffee! No watered down coffee here, you get what you pay for! Also this location is inside a small mall on the waterfront at the end of Duval st. It’s nice for a mid day cup of coffee, because you can cool off and energize.

I love Cuban coffee! Had a Colada, and then later walked by another location and had the iced coffee both were great. Will be trying to make it at home. Finger crossed!!

This is a great coffee shop. But when you serve condiments with high fructose corn syrup it shows you really have no regard for your customers’ health or taste. Try a ketchup with no or real sugar.

Had breakfast here several days in a row. Finally tried their lunch, got the cuban queen mix and it was the best! Definitely my stop next time I'm in town

Although the staff is friendly, I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than coffee. The food not only took forever but it appeared to just be reheated rice and beans.
