Thinking Dennys has always been a favorite go-to spot and being we weren't familiar with there area we would stop and enjoy a meal. No one was there on a Sunday evening. Staff was standing around socializing. Long wait on food. We both got the 10 dollar meal deals. The food in appearance was lack luster and looked nothing like the pictures. We chose not to visit again during our week long stay and sought other food venues.

This waitress by the name of Julie was absolutely amazing. Im a local and my kids as well have said that every time they go she is great. She was beyond my expectations and anything that I have experienced at this restaurant. She's definitely someone that should be training others from beginning to end. This person made the experience memorable, and I just wanted to make sure that if you know, I need to dine at this place and have the pleasure to have this waitress. An amazing thing experience may let's just say she had been, it's the best.

This is by far the best visit I have EVER had to a Denny's! Our server was Julie and we absolutely adored her! Julie needs a raise and a job with management or corporate. The kindness the emulated from her was unbelievable. Visit was great until we went to check out. The lady at the register who checked us out was just straight ugly toward Julie. Your tone, verbal response, and rolling of the eyes miss ma'am was completely unacceptable! You treat people with respect and kindness and you did the furthest thing from that. If your position is a manager, you need some skills. I really wish I would have taken your name because someone needs to call you out on your unnecessary behavior. As for Miss Julie....keep grinding girl, their are great things on the horizon for you.

Waited for 20 minutes on food that was already made. Watched server after server walk past me as I stood in front of the host stand. Eventually I’d had it. A customer walked past me and told me their server said MY food wasn’t ready yet. Why are you telling another customer about my order instead of me? Eventually I went to the bar and asked about my order. I said it’s irritating to be seemingly invisible while one waitress is at her computer on her phone. Another male server has walked past me 3 times and not said 2 words to me. The bartender then informed me they don’t have a host. To which I replied so it’s one of those “not my job” kinda deals? It’s the host that we don’t have’s job to greet customers and I’m a server so it’s not my job not my problem. Got it. Won’t come back ever.
We left after an hour and we still didn't have our food. And on a slow day too. This place SUX

Another great server at Denny's.The breakfast was delicious but what would bring us back time and time again would be the service now Bel was cheerful, courteous, energetic and on point in every way! Never experienced this level of service at Dennys back home. Excellent experience Denny's Key West this whole week! You have to ask for Julie! Talk about perfection...awesome customer service, awesome personality, and overall she makes the Dennys experience happen for an over the top rating! Julie's our girl for sure !
