Duffy's Steak & Lobster House

Mule did not have any mint along with lobster overcooked and tuff. The salad and sides were good, but that is not what we came for. The service was initially dast, but then it took a turn for the worse. We spent the meal listen to wait staff complain and curse over hostess calling in. No one came to offer boxes or check, so had to go up to bar in order to leave. While paying up by the bar the waitress was rude and irritated by us wanting to pay. We will not be back this trip or any others in the future.

Food was delicious all though the shrimp was overcooked. The lobster was cooked to perfection as was the grouper. The mushroom sauce was amazing.

Naomi was our server and she was the absolute best. Food and atmosphere was awesome. Will definitely come back!!!

Sorry for the very late review. ( Dec 2024 ), We were a a long road trip fro Montreal Canada and stopped in Key West. Search for a Great place to Eat. Splurged and Went to Duffys blindly. No Disappointed at all. Four in the family so ,Surf and tuff, Prime Rib , Local fish and to make it big I had the Maine Lobster ( no way I can prove it but it looked right ). Service was fast and friendly. Place is clean and organized. Server was fussing because no bibs, I am a pig so that does not matter. Not Cheap but you do get value.

Quick service it’s just not that good.

Great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed drinks, delicious apps, and tiramisu. Very friendly staff and great service.

We didn’t even get the menu and saw two roaches. Got up and left after that so no idea how the food actually is.

The food was good but not great. The conch fritters were doughy in the middle. They do not have sweet tea only unsweetened. Their bathrooms are outside in another building. It was raining so I got wet when I went to the bathroom. The building is nice inside and the service is good.

Over priced IMO. Nice size portions but all 3 plates were overcooked. My chicken breast tasted like rubber with no flavor. The lobster tails were flavorless & tough, the filets were very good & tender.
Not a place I would return to when I visit next time.

Kari was absolutely amazing! Immedite service! Fresh hot alligator tail....perfect key lime pina colada. Go here and ask for her! Great recommendations for later!
