Unfortunately the google times do not match the actual time that the store opens. It was quite inconvenient when you makes plans and have a tight schedule. Maybe just update the hours of operation to avoid any inconvenience to customers.

I am a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer and come here every single day. The staff at this location is truly exceptional—always courteous, friendly, and quick to serve, which makes my visits enjoyable and keeps me coming back.
That being said, the actual establishment itself really needs attention. There are potholes in the driveway, and the building looks like it hasn’t been updated since day one. I see Dunkin’ Donuts locations all across Florida being redone and modernized, but this one hasn’t had the same care. The quality of the staff and the consistency of the brand deserve to be matched by a cleaner, safer, and more updated environment.
Overall, I love Dunkin’ and deeply appreciate the team at this location, but I hope to see the store itself get the improvements it needs to match the level of service provided here.
Really nice staff here <3 my family was visiting from a state that doesn’t have a Dunkin so I was really excited to try the drinks and donuts. We went after 1pm during the $3 medium cold drink promo which was an awesome deal.
The cashier was training and we ordered 3 drinks, 4 donuts, and a wrap. It took a while but I was very understanding and she was able to get some practice. It also gave me time to look at the menu since I’ve ever ordered here before. Manager very nice and gave us some free munchkins! Thank you Key West Dunkin!!
