Twice now I’ve visited and gotten a horrible nasty attitude from a woman who works here. Never been treated so badly at a Dunkin in my life, and I’m a Dunkin regular. Too bad this is the only one down this way.

This is my 2nd visit to this location. The 1st visit there were 5 customers in the store ahead of me. Each and every order was wrong, but I figured I would order anyway. Yeah, that was painful. Neither worker spoke or understood English, and neither knew what a vanilla bean coolata was, and I was given a pumpkin latte instead. Okay, now on to this morning. Website, app, and signs say they store opens at 5am, so I ordered on the app, get to the store at 5:35am and parking lot is full, lights are off, and doors were locked. I waited until 5:55am, and still no workers in sight. Very poor management, and ownership. I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody even if I was paid.

They act very stupid I pay 5$ for a Coffe not latte and I get an attitude from the manger about extra almond milk cause she burn my lip with her hot Coffee ,that’s why Starbucks is way better choice to go next time , they speak English and not giving u a bad attitude!

Best coffee in Key West. The staff are extremely friendly. I get my girlfriend and I's coffee here almost daily. Absolutely cannot say enough about the staff they are better than the coffee, as unbelievable as that may sound.

I ordered a cake for my girlfriend’s birthday and Miss Abby went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect . I gave her an idea of what I wanted and granted her permission to exercise her freedom of creativity and it was perfect 10/10 definitely will return anytime I’m in key west again

We have ordered from here three times since arriving in key west this mornings coffee was awful the taste of the coffee was Burnt and they added no liquid sugar. Very disappointed
Worst service ever. Ordered a medium iced latte and they rang me up for a large iced coffee, the man in the window was extremely dismissive and rude, asked for a remake and the only english speaking person said the line was too long and they “dont do remakes” asked for a refund and they didnt even give a refund for the full amount of the iced coffee.

It's Dunkin', it's very sweet, you have to do it once. On the other hand, they expect a tip for counter service, it is required on the credit card receipt, it is inflated, other fast food restaurants do not do it.
