We went here 3 times during our visit to Key West and while the food and coffee at Dunkin are always great and the staff here really does try, they messed up or missed something in our order every time.
Something management should be aware of to improve the experience for the loyal patrons of this iconic brand. We're still Team Dunkin, but this one needs to improve a little.
Otherwise, seating was fine and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Wish y'all the best just wanted to give some constructive criticism. 🙏

I use to go there every day, but unfortunately received the wrong items to many times if you can’t understand English you should not be allowed to work. English is Americans culture I will not do business with any company that discriminates on are language or understanding. Most of the lady’s there do and are nice but there’s a few who don’t.

Twice now I’ve visited and gotten a horrible nasty attitude from a woman who works here. Never been treated so badly at a Dunkin in my life, and I’m a Dunkin regular. Too bad this is the only one down this way.

This is my 2nd visit to this location. The 1st visit there were 5 customers in the store ahead of me. Each and every order was wrong, but I figured I would order anyway. Yeah, that was painful. Neither worker spoke or understood English, and neither knew what a vanilla bean coolata was, and I was given a pumpkin latte instead. Okay, now on to this morning. Website, app, and signs say they store opens at 5am, so I ordered on the app, get to the store at 5:35am and parking lot is full, lights are off, and doors were locked. I waited until 5:55am, and still no workers in sight. Very poor management, and ownership. I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody even if I was paid.

They act very stupid I pay 5$ for a Coffe not latte and I get an attitude from the manger about extra almond milk cause she burn my lip with her hot Coffee ,that’s why Starbucks is way better choice to go next time , they speak English and not giving u a bad attitude!
