Dunkin donuts in a gas station with absolutely no service other than a machine. I hope this isn't what's coming soon to a location near you cause this is terrible, along with yesterday's donuts.

I bought two chocolate frosted donuts this morning through the drive thru. When I opened the bag, there were several bugs in the bag. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I had taken one donut out and was eating it when I looked in the bag for the second donut. That's when I saw the bugs. I pulled over and spat out the one I was eating. I am having a hard time even thinking about eating anything.

Run as far away from this dump as possible. Arrived at 5:30 in the morning to no lights on the outside of the building. My guess is they were trying to discourage people from coming. Food was horrible. Ordered hashbrowns and received 3 hash rounds in a wadded up bag. The guy at the window kept trying to give me other people's orders. You would get better service and food digging breakfast out of a dumpster. Corporate needs to close this disaster of a store.

Got donuts at 730am. Donuts were not fresh at all. Tasted like yesterdays. Waste of money. Tried heating up in microwave. Still hard

We were made to pay for double products, without warning us (notably the cortadito). When we pointed out the error, the waitress didn't want to hear anything and pretended it was normal, whereas at other Dunkin Donuts everything goes perfectly.
Dry doughnuts, much more expensive than prices in the mainland, the only have med and large sizes available for coffee and if you don’t speak Spanish don’t expect them to understand what you’re asking for of it’s a complex order.

Whatever metrics the management uses for this location needs to be updated. I just went through the drive-through at 3:30. Got a doughnut and a strawberry shake. I paid and then I was asked to pull forward onto the other lane and I’m like what? Yes please pull over to the other side. I’m like there’s no cars behind me Said my timer my timer my drive-through. So I was asked to pull forward so they could close out the order for a drive-through timer and there was no one else around as I’m looking in my mirror I see some guy climb out the drive-through window bring me the shake, walk back up to the drive-through window and climb back through it , this is so absurd you’re not McDonald’s you don’t have shakes coming out of a machine their handmade to order somebody sit at the drive-through window for two minutes. The poor girl was so stressed, thinking I wasn’t gonna move my car forward. I just had to shake my head at the stupidity of it all.
