Here’s a revised version of your feedback for Fishbusterz Retail Seafood Market:
Fishbusterz Retail Seafood Market has been a mixed experience for me. During a previous visit, I purchased a pound of shrimp and was disappointed to find they had been treated with bleach water to mask the odor, which was off-putting.
However, I gave them another chance this past week and tried their fish dip, which was absolutely fantastic! The flavor was fresh, rich, and well-balanced—it’s clear they put a lot of care into making it.
While my experience with the shrimp left me hesitant, the fish dip has restored my confidence in their offerings. I’d recommend giving their prepared items a try, as they seem to be a real standout.
I got 2 pounds of medium stone crab claws. The meat was stringy and stuck to the shell. These were obviously not fresh but previously frozen probably from last year.
I would give zero star if I could. Disrespectful, rude, selling foul smelling grouper cheeks on late Saturday and wouldn’t accept return on Monday first thing in the morning because they are closed on Sundays. He kept explaining the store policy of 24 hours return policy. Then you should add one line in your policy “to customers who shop on late Saturdays, you are practically screwed because on Saturdays you shop at your own risk.”
A super tidy, clean place and Deibis's attention was excellent. Thank you very much for your attention. Super recommended
I was recommended this place by the resort i was staying at i needed to pick up 2lbs of conch for family back in Jacksonville. Fl when i arrived and asked for 2lbs of conch. I was told they only sold 5lbs bags and it was $140. I being a visitor asked if he knew of any other place where i could get it. He said no. So i looked up seafood markets and just around the corner was another seafood market. Who not only sold me 2lbs of conch for $60 but packed it for my 10 hr drive back to Jacksonville. Just a note you should never treat out of town guest bad or try to take advantage we will just take our business and money else where. Hope others see this and think do i really want to spend my money here when they treat there coustomers bad.
Serrated Sunday
My favorite fish dip for the past 6-8 years. The quality has taken a dive this year.
Looks like a shack from outside but an assortment of fresh locally caught fish. Shrimp is my personal choice but have experienced many other. bought fish there a couple times a week.
The best for sale of all kinds of fish and seafood
I loved it, variety, good prices and good service.

Great place to het the freshest fish, seafood overall.. clean and customer service guides. They also got shirt and gadget for fishing. Great prices.
We picked up some fresh grouper here. It was absolutely delicious. We also got some of their house made fish dip. It was ok - not my favorite of other fish dips I have tried. However - their house made Key Lime Mustard was outstanding. Nice variety of fish and shellfish to choose from as well as accompaniments and souvenirs in this shop.
Delicious fish, red stripped snapper…….helpful staff, facility was clean.

Google says they open at 9, drive all the way there to have workers tell me 10. If they can't get that part right, I'm sure nothing good will follow...
