It's a busy hamburger joint, the food is prepared to great standards. The people are friendly, understanding hatian dialects can be some what challenging. But overall it's a great store ran by kids doing a moderateely effective job playing on their phones and keeping tracker of what they are doing.

Came in at 935. They took my order and all had smiles. Food came out in 5 minutes. Great portion of fries. Phenomenal customer service. Best customer service ive experienced on Key West. Give this crew a raise!

We love 5 Guys and have always had a good experience, so decided to stop for dinner. We ordered in this location two nights ago and it was a tragic mistake. When someone finally came to the register, she was visibly angry and just asked ‘what’. It took 5 minutes to put in a simple order (2 cheeseburgers and two milkshakes). When the food finally came out the milkshakes were missing and the rest of the order was wrong. When my husband tried to correct it (somehow the order the kitchen made didn’t match the receipt in his hand) she became hostile, even leaned over to see how much he was tipping, and then tried to double the price!! When we finally went to eat, the buns were so soggy we ended up throwing it all away. Not a good look for the brand.

I've probably eaten Five Guys in 15 different states and many, many times. Though I don't eat there much anymore because quality seemed to have gone down and prices way, way, way up
HOWEVER, this location might make me visit a little more often again. The fries were the best I've ever had at a Five Guys. Perfectly crispy (which they don't seem to often be), seasoned expertly, and piping hot
Burgers were great as were the shakes
Service was friendly and efficient and dining room was spotless and well maintained
Prices were still crazy but everything was excellent

I ditched Five Guys a few years ago. Bad experience and pricey. I worked in Key West and Five Guys was the only burger place that I could find so I went. These people won my business back. Not only did the burger and fries have me come back severalctines while I was there, the staff were friendly and upbeat. Add in the music, great experience. We'll done Five Guys.

I do enjoy the burgers and fries! However the burgers are always such a messy presentation and quickly leads to a soggy burger. I highly recommend it if you’re eating it there. Also avoid ordering on uber eats, it’s not Five Guy’s screwing it up but if you order it in the app expect disappointment with a non-edible bun. The burger falls out all over the place.
