Booked a ocean view room and we got there and it's not available. Front desk was unacomidating. our room had a vew of construction and you can see into the room from the hallway. So there is not much privacy.

If there is a rating below poor They would get it. This was the 4th of July and they were completely overwhelmed. We left after 21/2 hours with out ever getting our meal. They need a lot of help with operations. A complete disaster.

The prime rib, ham and pasta stations were pretty good, but the charcuterie board was really weak. Not really worth the money for the price, and didn't like having to pay 20% tip to a “server” at a buffet.

This was awful. Resort prices for awful pool bar food. It was the worst food experience I've had at a resort of this caliber. I was very disappointed in Flaglers restaurant. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Service was terrible. The four of us each had 3-4 empty plates stacked up while we were eating because no one came by to clear the plates. Serving spoons at food stations were taken away from home we dined. One of the staff ate from the buffet station with his hand, right in front of our table. We will not come back to this restaurant.

We were looking for a refined outdoor dining experience in Key West and we found it within the Casa Marina. We dine both in the evening and for lunch. Their excellent waitstaff and those that support them were genuine and timely. As for the our entree selections they were well portioned and delicious. It was indeed a different dining experience from anything we experienced while in Key West. We will return and have already shared our experience with friends and family if the decide to visit Key West in the future.

You can't beat breakfast on the beach!!I got the avocado toast. The avocado blend was bland... taken over by the WHOLE tomato they slapped on the toast.... the eggs were fine.... eggs.I got the pomegranate mimosa too... which was blushed with juice, but was essentially just champagne. My sister got yogurt, fruit, and a banana walnut muffin. She was much happier with her meal. The yogurt had agave nectar on it. It was delicious!!The service was OK. Nothing special. We won't go back. It was WAY to expensive for the product received.

There's nothing bad on the menu here and the staff are lovely. The chorizo omellette is not to be missed. Throw some Cuban toast on the side with excellent coffee and you're set for the day.

Very nice experience. Highly recommend for a quite and romantic experience. Amazing how slow tourist season seems to be this year. But, it's nice to have some room without people all over you at dinner.

We ate outside which was very nice. Wait staff is friendly but seemed understaffed so not very prompt - we weren't in hurry so no big deal for us. We decided on the buffet since it was the only way to make your own omelet. $42 for a buffet is never ok but we paid for it anyway. Non buffet food options will run you $25. Food was very good & I would eat here again.

We are not buffet people, but we had family in town for Christmas who are relatively picky eaters so we booked the Casa Marina's Christmas Buffet thinking there would be options for everyone and it would be festive. But apparently our seating was the last seating and they started packing up the carving station within 30 minutes of us being seated. I would have expected the host or the person who sat us or the server who took our drink order to let us know that we were the last seating and they were going to clean up . The buffet was very limited (and frankly quite sad) and they charged $95 per person, not including the drinks. We had a party of 5 and we were in and out of there within 45 minutes...for our Christmas meal. While I was certainly not expecting to hang around a buffet all day long, I was expecting it to be festive and allow us the option to get out of the house for a bit and celebrate the holiday. It was NOT worth the price at all and the experience was terrible.

This was definitely NOT the experience we have been used to for a Christmas Buffet at the Casa Marina. Since moving to Key West 10 years ago, this has been one of our "go to" places with family and friends during the holidays but we were extremely disappointed this year. There was none of the glitz and glamour of previous years and the food was lackluster at best. The meats at the carving station were carved and laying under the heat lamps, which dried them out and the sides were almost non-existent. I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and we greatly appreciate them working on Christmas but we will not be back until we hear the quality has improved. It's a shame that the food doesn't reflect the multi-million dollar remodel taking place.
