Our first time here was very enjoyable. We sat out front outside as the weather was nice. Melanie was our server and was very attentive. The food was very good and a lot of the staff checked that we wanted for nothing. We will definitely go back.

Party of 3, two had skirt steak, one had rib eye. All Steaks were cooked to perfection, and all tasted wonderful. The Bourbon Peppercorn sauce was INCREDIBLE! Service was great, would definitely go back when we come back to Key West! We sat outside ... beautiful setting and great music as well.

The tacos were dynamite. Two tacos doesn't seem like it would be filling but they were very filling. My boyfriend had the burger and he said it too was good.

Food was average at best Mushrooms app was receommendee and not good at all..squishy mushrooms and squishy chorizo ..could not eat Steak empanada better but being someone who lives empanadas and sample all over the world this would not make my top ten. Ambiance under tiki roof was very nice.

Ordered their special burger medium rare. When it arrived, it was well done. The waitress told us they were not allowed to make burgers medium rare. But she never said anything when I ordered it. They took it back and replaced it with a prime rib sandwich, but by then the 3 others I was with had just about finished their meals.

We loved our experience at Viva! I had the steak tacos, fantastic! The rest of our group all got steaks that were cooked to perfection, and seasoned well. Will be back during our next visit to key west.

Unfortunately, after clearly declaring a shellfish allergy, our food arrived in the same tray as a plate of shrimp.
Augusta was our server and she was lovely! She is from Argentina and had a vast knowledge about the menus, and culture. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our dinner was delightful!

The food was excellent, especially the steaks! However, the service left something to be desired. When our cheese plate arrived, no one explained what was included, which would have enhanced the experience. Additionally, the waitress didn't check in on us as often as we expected. That said, I'd still return for the great food!

My food was not what I ordered. Service was so poor we couldn't get the attention of our waiter so I decided just to chill and eat what they brought me. I was bad (very bad!) dried out over cooked meat. Side of veggies was a stewed mess not even recognizable. Many good options in key west for food, skip this one. Horrible!
