Impressed and Amazed....that's how I'm starting off this post. Didn't know what to expect. I honestly hadn't heard to much, but I have heard it was all positive. We went there for my wife's birthday and a friend. We started off with cocktails which were just amazing. An absolutely perfect experience. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere and views were magnificent and the food was absolutely some of the best me or my wife have ever eaten. If you're in Key West you need to try four flamingos.
The ambience, the host, and the complimentary glass of champagne were much appreciated. The food was very good. Oysters had a delicious pink horseradish sauce, my shrimp toast was delicious but came on a brioche bun and was served hot. The waitress told me it was a cold shrimp salad on toast. Regardless, I really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the swordfish BLT. It was also delicious but didn't have any bacon. We told the waitress and within minutes she had a plate of bacon...
