Absolutely obsessed with this place. Tacos are bursting with flavor and the burgers are hands-down some of the best I’ve had! juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. You can tell everything is made with care. Great portions, fair prices, and the vibe is always welcoming. This spot is officially on my must return list.

We had a delicious taco lunch here. We ordered the fish and Korean beef ones. They were both delicious but we particularly loved the Korean beef ones.

The place came highly recommended for the Korean bbq tacos - which essentially is piles of Korean bbq on tortillas. And it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the ambiance - plenty of sitting right outside the truck in a little courtyard. It’s very casual, and was perfect after a morning on the water. I highly recommend.

I didn’t think this place could get any better but it did! The Chicken dumplings were the best I ever had, and the Korean BBQ was just as good if not better than the last time here! We finished with a Key lime pie that topped our meal off perfectly. Garbo’s Grill does not disappoint!

Landon Calrissian Burger FTW! When I was ready to take a break from seafood, this hidden oasis was just what the gastro doc ordered! I got the burger with the bacon and Korean beef, and while delicious, I think the burger with just bacon would have been just as good. Order it all, and eat the BBQ as desired. Burger came on a really delicious bun (toasted), and my wait time was 7-10 minutes tops. The Garbo’s food truck sits on the Hank’s Saloon property which is a gem in its own right. Clean courtyard with a live music stage in the back, and plenty of room to move around, dance and enjoy yourself. When you order you get a buzzer which lights up and vibrates when your order is up. When you’ve had enough fish to know the difference between red snapper and yellowtail, dock the boat and head inland to Garbo’s Grill on Caroline St!

Extremely spicy food. Asked for it to be a bit less but my mouth was on fire the entire diner. Did not take an pleasure eating. Cool place & atmosphère.
We went here for a quick bite after arriving in Key West. Garbos is a food truck parked in the patio area of Hank’s bar. The bar- inside was closed for a private function. You could order from Garbo’s food truck and the waitresses came around from Hank’s to take drink orders. 3 of us got the taco’s- 2 shrimp, 1 Korean BBQ. Hubs got a bowl for $18. The tacos did not come with a side. They were tasty- but only 4 shrimp per taco. The beef seemed more worth the almost $16 per taco basket. For a family of 4, we spent over $70 for food served in a plastic basket with no sides. Teenager was still hungry after that meal.

We loved Garbo's Grill. It's a food truck with a nice courtyard setup. We had the Cayo fish tacos, and they were excellent. Great fresh toppings like perfectly ripe mango, jalapeno, and lime. Lots of outdoor seating available. It shares space with Hank's where you can enjoy live music. Shrimp tacos and Korean beef tacos looked delicious as well. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Key West.
