The food was nice however after visiting the hard rock in orlando the atmosphere and over all experience was not as good. It felt like a pub grub vibe back in the uk The staff were polite and the food was served hot even though the order came missing loaded fries upgrade to start but this was sorted promptly We didn't get a visit from the manager at the table and the waiter wasn't as attentive as the one in orlando I think the staff at this restaurant need to visit orlando to learn how its done

Chickens are everywhere in Key West, but not on the tables, in your food, and landing on on guests while eating, which is what happened to us and why they get one star. I'm not sure how all the other restaurants deal with it but hard rock key west needs to do much better.

Always a great time at any Hard Rock. This one is a bit lacking in the “ROCK” experience due to lack of TV's etc. still a great time.

Nothing is seem to change with the Hard Rock Cafe. I grew up going to Key West and it really needs an update. When you walk in, it is definitely not Key West dish and comes off a bit dirty. Definitely should do an overhaul in the off-season. But absolutely loved our server and the music at night.

This is the worst Hard Rock location I've been to. We made a reservation, walked in, and wandered around for a minute or two. A server asked us if we needed a table but seemed annoyed. I said yes and that I had a reservation. The hostess then came out and apologized while seating us. We were seated in a nearly empty restaurant next to the only other party. The espresso martini was disappointing, the burger was a frozen patty, and our server leaned over my plate to serve my boyfriend's drink. All in all, save your money and time.

Another awesome night with live entertainment from The Marshall Morlock Band. The food and drinks were excellent. The only issue was that the Hard Rock included a 20% service charge on our tab without our knowledge and there was no mention of it from our server and no indication that I saw on the menu.

The menu was small to say the least. The drinks were so-so. The server didn't seem to want to refill the waters we had, even though we ordered alcoholic beverages also.

Unbelievable poor experience. Hard Rock Key West has a long history of bad experiences. Wrong food orders, drinks (ordered first) arrived about 1/2 way through dinner - weel after our food had arrived. Waiter put in the wrong desert order, server who delivered the deserts agreed to correct the mistake, then the original waiter who made the mistake wanted to charge us for his mistake. We had to interact with the Manager twice during the visit. Manager corrected everything, but really frustrating and a lot of wasted time. One of our kids noticed just about everyone else being served by the same waiter was having similar problems.

Hard Rock Cafe Key West is a great spot to people watch outdoors or enjoy the charm of the historic mansion indoors. The food is good - I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich - and the service was fine.
