Had a really great overall experience at the Hard Rock Cafe! Ordered the Fish Tacos and Chicken Fajitas, which were both fresh, tasty and generously portioned. Our party had food allergy concerns and we were very happy and appreciative to see the care that our server Jordan took to make sure our order was exactly as expected so that we could enjoy a relaxing and pleasant dinner on the porch!

I love hard rock and kept going back. Chicken wings are always the best. Burger was also great. We also had cobb salad which was average. Service as always was good.

Our Christmas Day dinner at Hard Rock Cafe turned into a truly memorable experience. From start to finish, everything was delightful -- the service, the drinks, and the food were all spot on. The live rock music paired with festive holiday vibes made the evening even more special and lively, perfectly capturing the spirit of Christmas in Key West. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of, which really elevated the entire experience. The kids absolutely loved their meals, and the Messi figurine toy that came with the kids' meal was the cherry on top -- it made their day even more exciting. Food-wise, we highly recommend the Margherita Flatbread and the “One Night in Bangkok” spicy shrimp -- both were excellent and definite must-tries for visitors. We wish we could come back here again and again (even though we know that's not always possible!). If you're in Key West -- especially during the holidays -- this is a wonderful place to create lasting memories.

It was Christmas. Prime rib buffet. Prime rib, pulled pork, black beans and rice, plantains, mashed potatoes and green beans. Small square of tres leche cake that tasted like the fridge. Not much effort to make it special or festive. Meh.

Great atmosphere overall, but the service was a bit slow and the food was just okay. It was extremely busy for a Christmas Day dining experience, so that was understandable. The staff did the best they could given the volume of guests, and the kitchen worked hard to get food out quickly. That said, it did feel like speed came at the expense of some quality.

Very impressed with the Hard Rock in Key West. Still a Hard Rock but adjusted to the island vibes with relaxed outdoor seating and a local menu. My family ordered several items off the local menu and enjoyed them all. I had the Southwest bowl. Great to see a vegetarian option that isn't fake meat. Nachos were a solid starter for us as well.

Aweful. The seating hostess was a witch. We asked if we could have a seat, server told us yes and she told us we would have to get up so she can seat us. Her attitude was aweful. Hard rock would be better to fire her
disappointed. more limited menu (can't get a medium burger). only 1 type of salad dressing. music blaring singer so loud talk was not possible. food good but not a great experience

This was a really unique Hard Rock with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors you could have patient, sidewalk edge, or the chute little Keys flair bar seating. Indoors was an old island home turned into the Hard Rock. The legendary memorabilia you've come to love hung throughout. It was a timeless feel to a classic place. The staff were all so very kind and welcoming. This one was unique and I'd definitely love to go back for the island flair and unique feel of this Hard Rock. The food was what you've come to love about it. The classics.
