I didn't have any food but my mai Tai in a commemorative glass was amazing and well worth the 21 dollars ! Bartender was a joy! Loved seeing the memorabilia!

So I noticed the place was pretty much empty compared to all the other locations so I said this is a place where I can relax. Once I was seated for about 10 minutes I noticed nobody was coming so I called them on the phone and asked for someone to come to my table LOL! the guy just says okay. About 3 minutes later a waitress comes out but goes to another table... WTH, now I'm across the street at another restaurant living my best life. Stop The Madness.

We stopped by to grab some shot glasses and a few birthday shots. We were at the outside bar and Pedro made us the most delicious Key Lime Pie shots I've ever had. Heaven in your mouth is all I have to say!!! We will be back for his next shift to try out his Key Lime Pie Martinis. 🍋🟩 Absolutely love his vibe. If you're looking for a great atmosphere and amazing cocktails search no more. Go see Pedro. He's a keeper Hard Rock!!

We came in for a drink and snacks, a portion of fries and a tray of nachos, it took ages to get a waiter and then an age to get our food. Which arrived cold, the fries were not touched and the nachos were turning gloopy as the got colder. The live music was great and he was very talented. But overall from a hard rock this was below sub par. Shame we do like a hard rock.

We used the bar card(two for one drinks). We showed the bartender our cards. We got ready to pay and the manager came to our table and asked to see our cards again. It was embarrassing. We have been using apur bar cards at the Hardrock for at least 4 or 5 years and we were never treated like this before. P.S.- The bartender was great!

I went here for a nice dinner in Key West with my in-laws and we sat outside on the porch on Wednesday evening of last week. The server was obviously overwhelmed and told us that they are very shortstaffed and she was the only one working in the patio that evening. It was a very busy Wednesday night, but yet our server did everything she could to make sure our meal was enjoyable. I felt bad seeing her run around a whole lot just to get everything done, but otherwise the food was amazing. We got nachos as an appetizer and they were stacked to the ceiling. My in-laws got some fish tacos. That were absolutely phenomenal. I would go back again if I was looking for a good spot to eat at in Key West.

We ordered ribs delivered. Without a doubt the worst ribs I have ever eaten and I only ate one. Could not choke down another. No sauce, zero and no taste. Sorry guys but true.
