I ordered Tupelo chicken before in Key West and at other locations. Unfortunately, I did not receive the Tupelo and received over fried regular chicken and fries that were overcooked and the oil at the end of the night just overwhelmed everything.

Poor A/C far to hot inside food poor everything smothered in sause draught beer flat would definitely not recommend very poor people banging into your seat to get to bar not a pleasant experience definitely gone downhill since my last visit

This location could use a renovation to make it more open and inviting. Food was ok, but has a tourist vibe. The communication with the manager was excellent with our request for a large party accommodation.

My appetizer was not fully cooked and cold in the center, it was a large pretzel. I also ordered the chicken sliders which were really good, but definitely not as hot as if they were freshly made.

I went with 15 persons. The Ukranian server a xenophobic and racist lady asked for my ID just because another people on another table sent me a drink with her, if she doesn't likes her job just quit that's it. By the way I had mi ID and she was waiting that I was an illegal like she. The food wasn't that I ordered and the service was so bad, took a long time to fixed and the food was not good after all. I will never go to this overvalued place I prefer local places with my friends. Hard rock cafe in Key west sucks.
