Duval St has a lot of bars. Is it worth spending your money at one that is going to give your dollars to bartenders and owners that are going to protect a $6 racist and kick out anyone who dares to suggest they might be wrong?

NO WHITES ALOUD. Went here with my brother, I am 27 and he is 25. Was full of black people when we got there and the bartender singled us out asked for our ids then told us she was refusing service because the thought they were fake. I said can you just call the cops? I’m sure they will tell you they’re real. But nope wasn’t interested, we were both hardly buzzed. I am shocked honestly I thought racism was dead and buried. I am sad to say that at Hero’s bar it is alive and well. If you are white I would recommend finding another place unless you enjoy being discriminated against. Happy holidays! :)

They did have food, but there is a Jamaican restaurant next door that offers really good food. My son had oxtails and rice with cabbage. This is a great bar honoring those who serve as well as first responders.
Great place in Key West to check out. The waitress was the best. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in Key West, Florida

5 Star for the amazing music flowing out of this joint. We were outside at Miso Happy, the Thai joint next door and just sitting outside, the music coming out of Heroes made our entire day. What a wonderful vibe!! Kudos..!!

Didn't eat stopped in for a local beer and to hang my dept patch, need more places like this that support Military, Police and Medical field
