Visited twice while on vacation. First time we were greeted with "comin' or goin'?" But the service was reasonable. Second time the waitress did not say more than 3 words to us, never check on us to refill coffee, and let us sit forever to wait for the check. Not a pleasant experience.

It was IHOP in Key West at 10:30 pm. The waiter was super nice and attentive. The food was about a 65/100. However, after missing breakfast and lunch, it felt more like a 67 or 68/100. I could've lived without the local rapper music (for close to an hour), or at least turned down a bit. But it was a small thing. Thanks, IHOP, for being open when everything else closes at 9 pm!

We will NEVER return to this restaurant again!! We placed a take out order, when we arrived to pick it up the employee at the register had the audacity to say “ what no tip” and smacked his lips and gave us a dirty look!!! You just lost hundreds of dollars a year from us as we moved here from the northern states permanently!!!!

At IHOP Key West the place is very nice.... facing the sea.... with the image of all the IHOPs..... but the employee who served us looked tired and distracted.... and he didn't let us know. I brought exactly what was requested... we didn't say anything because it wasn't serious... he attended to us in Spanish...!
