I don't understand why people are lying about this restaurant being good. Do people get paid to write good reviews? Some restaurants might not be great but they are ok if you're hungry but this place, Inca restaurant, is just awful, the food is terrible and the presentation is even worse. I had Huancaina potatoes and the egg was almost raw, I couldn't eat it and the sauce did not have any peruvian yellow pepper, besides that, the whole presentation of the dish was terrible. I also had ceviche mixture and it was served with chopped lettuce, like a salad, if you're peruvian you'll understand...Also the scallops in the ceviche were not cooked enough with the lime, it felt gross in my mouth I almost threw up and the fish they use was probably the end parts because it was hard to chew and cut in flat pieces instead of cubes. There was no corn or potato served with the ceviche, only a thin slice of sweet potato. I ,as respectfully as I could, mentioned all this to the waiter because he asked me how everything was and he said that most people like the egg almost raw and that the scallops are impossible to cook that's why he never eats ceviche mixture and the lettuce is chopped and mixed in with the fish because it helps people struggling trying to cut it. I paid, I tipped but I will NEVER go back. Our food is the best in the world but this restaurant makes it look like the worst in the world. Sad...
*I didn't take pictures because I wasn't planning on writing a review but after reading the reviews here, I honestly don't think is fair to deceive people like that and make them believe this restaurant is worth visiting.

Fantastic ceviche, huancaina, yuca, etc. Everything we ordered was on point.
Fast service, authentic flavor. We came on a slow day, but it was better for us. There was no waiting. Will come back every chance that we get.

When we visit the place was empty we saw that may was closed, but, one person behind the bar help us and accommodate our group easy and after we was seated more people started to showing up. The food was excellent on every dish that we ordered. If I return to the restaurant would be for the food. Parking around the restaurant can be little hard, but, you can find free park on the street. The local need improvement still looks like when it was funded.

Being Peruvian it is hard to find a good spot to get food I miss being from the Northeast. Whenever we travel to Key West, I make a point to hit incas to get my fill. The ceviche mixto is great, octopus, squid, shrimp, fish, always spot on.

One of our favorite places to stop at when we are in town. The food is always on point, if your a ceviche fanatic like we are then don’t go without trying their ā€œLeche Tigereā€ (Tigers Milk) it is one of the best. Plan to share some of the plate as the portions are generous and never disappointing. Service is always wonderful, truly made to feel like you’re one of the family. The previous reviews truly state it, this is one hidden gem in the Florida Keys.

The food is amazing. The sangria is.,.. dangerous. It's so good my wife and I drank it down like water. We didn't realize how much we had consumed until we got up to leave. But it IS Key West, so tottering down the street is pretty much the norm.

We were feeling like a culinary adventure and decided to try Inca's while in Key West. We enjoyed it so much, we went back several times. The food was made to order, fresh and delicious.

If you like to try a different cuisine, do yourself a favor and go visit.

P.S. try the Sangria...

Everything we tried on the menu was great!
