When we visit the place was empty we saw that may was closed, but, one person behind the bar help us and accommodate our group easy and after we was seated more people started to showing up. The food was excellent on every dish that we ordered. If I return to the restaurant would be for the food. Parking around the restaurant can be little hard, but, you can find free park on the street. The local need improvement still looks like when it was funded.
Being Peruvian it is hard to find a good spot to get food I miss being from the Northeast. Whenever we travel to Key West, I make a point to hit incas to get my fill.\nThe ceviche mixto is great, octopus, squid, shrimp, fish, always spot on.

Fast service, authentic flavor. We came on a slow day, but it was better for us. There was no waiting. Will come back every chance that we get.
