Super impressed by how clean and curated everything was at this amazing boutique resort! The staff was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The guests staying at the hotel were so nice, respectful, and made for a very memorable vacation! The cafe menu was very well thought out, the food was delicious, and you can order any time of the day! The signature drinks at the bar were perfect. It was in a great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It felt very safe! The rooms were well designed, clean, and comfortabIe. I would highly recommend this place and we are definitely looking forward to our next vacation here! If I could give more than five stars I would! We love the Island House! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love Island House. It's always an interesting crowd. Meeting new people is fun. Why not 5 stars?...well...it boils down to service and great people.The room: renovations are great. The rooms are very nice.The location: the location is convenient and easy access to shopping and restaurants.The service: the front desk is spot on, no issues there.The housekeeping: could use some coaching. For example. If the guests are staying 6 nights and you notice that there isnt anymore TP in the bathroom, that might be an indication to leave a roll. Also, when the room was being cleaned on Sunday the blinds were closed, we had left them open that morning. Nothing was gone. Just odd. The trash gathered from the cans were left in the room by the door. Small stuff, nothing major.The second part of the service was the restaurant/bar. There was little attention paid to guest when they sat down for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Eventually, they would bring a menu, eventually they would come back to take your order.Need a drink? Gurl you better fend for yourself. Angel was the only server that had a great attitude, always would come check on you, bring you water/drinks ect. If you walked up to the bar server bartenders/servers would be playing on their phone and completely inattentive. Need to work on that a bit.Finally, the food. It's not bad; however, with a small kitchen why not try a small menu and do it really well versus a large menu and everything being just "eh."Once again small tweaks that could really make IH an even better place to stay.

Such an amazing all male resort. Staff is amazing, place is clean and inviting. Already booked another trip for AugustRooms: Most of the rooms have been recently renovated. Ours is a very nice room centrally located in the resort and just steps away from everythingWalkability: Short walk to all of the excitement of Duval street and marina. If you come in by key west express it’s less than a 15 minute walk from the pierFood & drinks: Amazing happy hour for guest. You get 4 free drinks per registered guest. Food is pretty good and really decent portionsNoteworthy details: This is a clothing optional male resort. Very inviting and relaxing. Men of all shapes, sizes, and age range will feel welcome here. Not a resort filled with 21 year olds that are 115 pounds.I suggest flying into Fort Meyer and taking the Key West Express if you don’t care about the other keys. Driving from Miami can be a little stressful, and there is very limited parking around the resort

Spent 5 days at Island House, and had such a great time, We’ll be back soon!All the staff was wonderful, but also, you totally wanna go get some drinks at the bar!! The bartenders David, Angel, Tristan and Rafa made my stay so much better, thank you guys! Keep it up!!Rooms: The rooms are renovated, you feel super cozy, and the bed is super comfortable. You also have a small desk if you need to work remotely!Food & drinks: Food and drinks are exceptional, so many and so good to choose from.
