The night staff of July 23rd, 2025 created probably the best Jersey Mikes sub I’ve ever had. They were all kind, engaged in conversation and all were very tidy. We come often, and I very seldomly leave reviews anywhere but they deserve recognition.

One of the filthiest places you can find,the table was so disgusting that you could see the dark sticky grime on it.It literally looks like no one has ever touched the tables or anything else with a clean 🧽.

Very good experience overall. We are Canadian and recently experienced Jersey Mike in Toronto/Markham and this one in Key West did not disappoint. Family of 5 shared two Giant Club Subs and all full. Friendly helpful staff.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Jasmina the employee name was messing around on her phone. And even wrote something inappropriate on my sub package. The manager karria or Karissa whatever her name is Was not professional at all I tried to solve this issue with her but she didn’t seem to care. guess I’d have to take it to corporate

Ordered a cheesesteak sub. When we got home and opened up our sub, meat wasn’t cooked properly, still pink and cheese wasn’t melted. Staff was very friendly and polite, so I gave 2 stars for staff.

Subs are amazing here. If you’re getting a sub from anywhere else in Key West, you are doing it wrong. The people working in here are very kind and friendly. I recommend you give this place a try if you’re in the area.
