The manager karria or Karissa whatever her name is Was not professional at all I tried to solve this issue with her but she didn’t seem to care. guess I’d have to take it to corporate

Ordered a cheesesteak sub. When we got home and opened up our sub, meat wasn’t cooked properly, still pink and cheese wasn’t melted. Staff was very friendly and polite, so I gave 2 stars for staff.

Subs are amazing here. If you’re getting a sub from anywhere else in Key West, you are doing it wrong. The people working in here are very kind and friendly. I recommend you give this place a try if you’re in the area.

We ordered buffalo chicken sub, chicken bacon ranch and turkey provolone cold sub. They all tasted fresh and delicious. The service was also good. The staff were very helpful and patient. We had a take out as well. It was fresh even after few hours. Highly appreciate the bread and meat
