We spent a week at the Hyatt and frequented the bar quite often. Always interesting conversation to be had with the bartender! She can mix up any sweet treat for you. I did find the drinks to be on the weaker side. If you do not drink often or much, you may think otherwise. They are made with premade mixers as well. I'm a bit of a cocktail snob so I tried to steer clear of most of the menu drinks due to the high sugar content and mixers. I'm glad there was a place though to grab a snack and a drink while by the pool.

You never know what to expect from an on property restaurant, so it is with pleasure I can recommend Jimi's. Today's fresh catch was grouper. The grouper taco was excellent. A great cocktail list and great service from Suzy and Jamie. Tables overlooking the dock and Gulf of Mexico waters make for a nice setting. Be sure to have a meal there when staying at the Hyatt Beach House!

Waited for service for 25 minutes and got nothing but a menu. Bad service. The employee kept talking up a storm, but never got around to use.

I was recently staying at the Hyatt which is great but the older blonde lady bartender was awful. The day I checked in went to the bar to get food and drinks. She insulted 3 customers. My food was good. Drinks were ok at best. The rest my stay the blonde bartender would walk around complaining it was slow, insulting people. She went up to some people and was like why did you come here if your not laying around the pool all day. We planned to eat and have drinks there daily but the poor service turned us off and many others. Everyone I spoke to had the same complaints about her. The food was good just but pricey. This bartender is loosing money for the resort and restaurant.
