Some of the absolute best Latin food I’ve had the pleasure of eating while living in key west! 11 out of 10 worth trying 🫶🤙🇳🇮
The only place in Key West that will actually serve red snapper whole fish. Decently priced and friendly staff.
They also need to fix the address on Google maps because it’s actually 1101 Truman.

amazing fresh and authentic food. quick service and quiet. nice music in background, and very homey. best tres leches i i’ve ever had !!
Rude staff, they failed to give me items, drove back and they thought it was funny. Food was old and cold. Hard and salad was brown and soggy. Never again. They were also mocking me in Spanish Oblivious I spoke it. Never

We discovered this place on the way back from Duval Street to our hotel. We are glad we did. Great food and a warm welcome. Thoroughly recommended.
Real good, big portions try Rojito soda!

Literally the best burrito I have ever had. They make their guacamole fresh and it as always delivered/served very bright and fresh, super flavorful with just the right amount of spiciness. Steak is always cooked to perfection and also extremely flavorful. I have probably been to over 200 different Latin joints and this place is hands down the best I have ever had. When you walk in all eyes turn to you, the gringo, but that is a clear indicator that you are in the right spot. Their habanero salsa is extremely delicious and spicy that will make you break a sweat, but won’t melt your tastebuds off and require you to chug your beverage. But if you are in key west or a local, you’re cheating yourself if you don’t check this place out. Don’t knock them if what you get isn’t what you expected. These guys have traditional flavors and the flavors are that of going straight to Nicaragua and dining at a locals house. Their tacos are loaded and protein is always seasoned and cooked perfectly. The girls that work the counter are always pleasant and accommodate ALL requests. This place should have been voted best tacos in key west. Sinz is good but Jose’s is THE BEST. I dare say the flavors at Jose’s are better than el siboney, but they are two different styles. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
Adore this restaurant - perfect lunch spot - highly recommend the "Tostones, Queso, Frijoles Molidos y Ensalada" (Smashed green plantain, fried cheese with refried beans and cabbage salad)
The food was great! I had steak tacos, added a side of rice and beans. My daughter had a chicken burrito. Both had great spices, lots of taste, but not overly spicy for “us ranch lovers .” Service was “ok.” But we’d go again!

So good and so reasonably priced. We had the veggie quesadillas, nica ensalada and a steak burrito. Highly recommended.
Fajitas fajitas fajitas!!
This was our first meal on the island and it didn't disappoint. This is a very authentic Latin food location and you can tell it is more a favorite with the locals than it is with the travelers. We had the tacos with a side of beans and rice and it was a delightful meal. Just the right size for portions. The flavor was very good and it hit the spot.
I love this place. Great food. Best chips and salsa I've ever had. Highly recommend.
A very simple establishment off the tourist path - serving DELICIOUS food!! The salsa (and chips) were so fresh. The chicken fajitas were ridiculously amazing. The locals were in and out during our visit to this restaurant. Many plates being packed up to go. If you are visiting Key West, make plans to do a lunch here: you will be glad you did. It was a genuine Nicaraguan dining experience. Do not expect a fancy place. Expect a great meal.
