We used to be patrons of Kaya’s at their former location, and miss them immensely. Our first trip to their KW location and we are happy to see the same faces in charge (after years, no less) with the same level of energy and openness, and also very happy to find the quality of the food has been retained and even refined. Excellent cuisine and a good value, and their new location has several different spaces from a bar to outside courtyards so you can find an ambiance that suits you. Excellent happy hour also available 4-6 I believe, with half price apps and drinks. We had their famous (to us) jerk wings and they are awesome, and coconut shrimp were also meaty and tasty and so much flavor added by way of a tasty side sauce. We shared fish tacos as the main and they were excellent, both the fish and the accompaniments in the taco. We never get dessert but sprung for an ice cream pie called the Hulu Girl, it disappeared in a quiet frenzy (didn’t want the ice cream to melt!). Drinks were reasonable and very varied. Highly recommend and I hope we can still get a seat next time! We went on a very windy weekday at around 5:30. Kudos Kaya Island Eats, so happy for you!

This experience was amazing! There are so many different and unique dishes on the menu. We asked the waiter what type of culture food it was and he responded Hawaiian. They were super kind and patient when my son couldn’t decidewhat to order.Five stars definitely recommend!

This experience was over the top. I looked at all the bad reviews about the food taking so long but instead it came out in a flash. The whole staff was extremely friendly even to my kids. The fish was very tasty. Definitely recommend!

I had the Tuna Poke bowl. The were more than happy to accommodate my dietary needs. The combination of flavors was amazing. Best meal I have had out in years. Would totally recommend.

Absolutely adore this restaurant! Stumbled upon it following a 45-minute wait at another place, and we were able to walk right in and be seated immediately. The service was outstanding! A friendly young man from Maui took excellent care of us. The food was phenomenal—easily some of the best I've enjoyed in Key West. The jerk wings and mahi mahi tacos stood out as favorites. There's also an extensive selection of gluten-free options. You must give this spot a try; it won't disappoint!

Island dishes from diffrent corners of the world, mixed with local fish and flavors. The space is quint and the food is delicious and piping hot! I ordered Key Lime Catch with snapper, yellow rice with coconut flakes and season's veggies. So good!
