It was pretty good. Pie was frozen so I had to let it thaw before I could eat it

Went there on December 23, 2025 at 12:30 pm. We asked for 2 slices of pie. One of the slices had a hair on the pie as she handed the slices to us. After we complained, she then just proceeded to remove the hair from the pie slice with her bare finger and give the slice back to us. We rejected it and asked for a fresh piece. She gave us a fresh piece, however we noticed that she put the slice (that had the hair on it) back in the freezer for the next customer. Beware.

My girlfriend and I were not a fan of our slices of frozen key lime pie here. We went to another store to get a better taste of Key West. Perhaps other items are better.

Purchased a mini extra tart pie to go. Ate it, or tried to eat it back at the hotel. Was. Freezer burnt. Go to Kermit's, that is the real deal, fresh, not frozen garbage

Went there Ty was friendly and very knowledgeable as a native conch I'm secptical of other people's key lime pie,however I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and I got the frozen chocolate dipped pie and even though I DO NOT LIKE DARK CHOCOLATE Ty convinced me to give it a try and I was not disappointed. It was delicious 😋 he's got a loyal customer now everytime I come back home I'll be stopping by to grab a slice. Go check them out you won't be disappointed 🤤🍋🟩🥧🍫

We weren't able to try the keylime pie. When we walked in, the place was empty. The staff didn't acknowledge us. No pie for us! 🤔
