First conch experience! Recommended to me by a Floridian and it did not disappoint. Remoulade sauce added some extra flavor. I was also able to catch the sunset with a retired Marine playing Amazing Grace....How amazing!
Live in Florida 2 counties over and this has ALWAYS been our go to place for Conch Fritters in Key West in the heart of Mallory Square. The same guy has been running this charming stand for probably 20+ years, and IS THE ORIGINAL Conch Fritter stand!!! ALL other copy cats came after.Such a nice friendly guy, SUPER helpful in suggesting places to check out in Key West and its a pleasure supporting his small business. Delicious conch fritters made fresh when you order. The sauce was very good too. There are 2 stands, a portable stand set up at Mallory square open for sunset and the other was the permanent place right outside the aquarium entrance. We tried both places, they were both good but thought the one by aquarium was best. A must try when in Key West!
