I went here to get coffee based on the reviews, but unfortunately I was highly disappointed. When we walked in, the first girl at the espresso machine just looked at us and barely managed to crack even a (less than) half smile at us, not saying any kind of greeting. Then the second girl that went to the register did the same thing - as if we were inconveniencing them by walking in to the place. For the coffee - I ordered the iced hazelnut coffee with milk. It tasted completely diluted and watered down. I tried to drink it, but after maybe drinking 15% of it, I poured it out; it was that bad I didn’t even want to gulp it down to get rid of it.

Great coffee and food. And even better staff. Happened to witness the staff provide a free meal and water to an individual who didn't have $$. The gentleman asked for a water only due to not having $$ and instead they gave him an entire meal. Kindness matters!

Making a scene in a coffee shop for asking if I could have my coffee while I wait for my food order after taking another order and getting their bag of coffee and drinks is highly inappropriate! I just asked if I could have my coffee while I wait there was no need to make a scene! U didn’t ask or care if needed any creamer and just threw my bag in front of a whole group of people that I then have to try and reach around… I tipped u 5 bucks! It was just uncalled for and inappropriate! I’m sure your owners wouldn’t like that kind of behavior if they would see it young lady! Take a chill pill!

The server or manager has an impatient and condescending attitude. Following a generous tip, I politely asked for my tea to be topped off. The server responded curtly with a smug smile, 'Sorry, no refills are offered.' I then purchased another tea and left the premises feeling irritated. Not once was I thanked for the purchase. Obviously, I won't be going back.

Nice quiet coffee shop off the main road of Duval St. the 24 oz. Cafe con Leche was very tasty with the distinct Cuban coffee taste. The classic breakfast sandwich made better pressed on Cuban bread.
The ladies behind the counter were also very nice. Air conditioned seating area to eat and drink as well.
