La Trattoria Oceanside

Italian does not fit the typical tropical dinner but if you want Italian then this is the only one to consider. Best meal of this type in Key West.

The outside of the restaurant does not do justice to the inside. It's not in the busy part of town, which made it very relaxed. The food, the wait staff and the ambience were literally all wonderful. My husband had the grouper special and thoroughly enjoyed it. My chicken saltimboca was cooked and presented! Definitely a must try!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the island. Excellent food, service and ambiance, no matter what you choose from the menu you won't be disappointed, everything is delicious. Our server Jonathan was friendly and very attentive.

Staff was personable. Excellent menu, something for everyone. Large windows offer a great view of ocean.

Another great dinner at La Trttoria Oceanside. We got a nice waterside table just after sunset and it was awesome. Also I always get the Chicken Marcella and wasn't disappointed. The fresh warm bread and olive oil kept coming even through dinner. Then we finished up with house made Chocolate Mousse and Key Line Pie with our last glass at our Tuscany Red!

We ate here on our last night in Key West. The food & service were both excellent...will definitely return on our next trip!

The ambiance was excellent, and the energy was positive. Jeffrey and Chris, were very proactive in ensuring that everything was in order. The menu selection was superb, and the taste of the food was exceptional. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time, anywhere. Amazing food, excellent menu, wonderful staff. The Oceanside La Trattoria also has an incredible view of the ocean, This is a must-do!

Well-run restaurant, attentive waiter and free parking.
On the other hand, beyond the setting and the service, I found the meal terribly bland and of poor quality.
The linguine vongole was bland. Uninspired lasagna. We won't come back to that. The price is inflated.

Amazing atmosphere sitting by the windows. Christopher’s service was impeccable. I had the wedding soup and lasagna. Wife had the bruschetta and snapper. Finished with crème brûlée and cappuccino. Honestly, even the bread was amazing.

My husband and I have been to La Trattoria at least 5 times over the last 6 years or so and everything is always delicious. The wait staff is always spot on every time. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Key West!!

Lovely dinner with excellent, cheerful service. Hard not to fill up on the bread with oil, balsamic, and lots of cheese to dip it into. Beautiful view of the ocean. Involotini was a nice starter Pasta servings were enormous and a very good value. Penne Venetia was extremely rich. Really nice experience at a very reasonable price.

La Trattoria Oceanside has some of the best food you can find anywhere and by far the best servers and personnel anywhere in the country. I've been eating at the La Trattoria Key West restaurants (Old Town and Oceanside) for more than a decade and I will cherish every visit and marvel at the quality food and service.
