Review Update: Thanks for the quick response from the attentive owner. We were at the Duval location without the apparent signage. I'm updating my overall review to 4 stars and the service to 4 stars.
We visited on a Tuesday night in late December 2024 (Christmas eve). I'm hoping this just happened to be the employee B crew. We saw the menu on the wall and it said cookies were $7. We ordered the Peanut Butter Fudge Cookie sitting with all the other cookies. Went to checkout and it said $12 + tax and they asked for tip... To put the cookie into a bag? I paid without paying much attention until my wife pointed out that the menu says $7. When we asked, the two employees looked at each other, shrugged, and said it must be the tax for using credit card... huh? From $7 to $12... I'm not sure how much tax is but that was insane. They did not provide me or ask if I wanted a receipt.
After we left with our $14 cookie my wife went to their website and saw that the Peanut Butter Fudge Cookie actually had an up charge and cost $10 online and not $7. Which is fine if it was advertised that way but there wasn't a sign anywhere. Then we wonder why we were charged $12 before tax and tip! By this point we were done and it was so crowded and loud in the store, I wasn't going to go back to argue to get my refund.
Just a life lesson to make sure you double check your bill before paying for anything. I thought a single cookie would've been a simple transaction but nope.
The lack of transparency and the clueless responses and looks from the employees just left a bad taste in our mouths. I gave the service 3 stars at least because they weren't angry or belligerent about it. They honestly looked like clueless teenagers and you can take that for what it's worth.
There were plenty of other options on Duval Street, I don't think I'll be coming back here again. The cookie itself was fine. Nothing to write home about.
Parking: There is free street parking if you can find it. We just walked 20 mins from our resort to Duval Steet. It was honestly easier.

This was such a fun place with great local ice cream, the really fun part is checking out the local Keylime pie that was made just right and then dipped in chocolate. I never experienced such a thing before, but I really love it. The customer service was awesome. Highly recommended!
OMG that chocolate chip macadamia cookie hit the spot for me. I was strolling through Duval as we got off of our cruise ship, and wanted something sweet. This cookie lasted me 2 days on the ship. It was so big and yummy. Ya know when the cookie has the crispy outside and the chewy gooey inside?...yup, thats what this cookie was for me! Thank you for brightening up my stroll in KW.

Went back 3 times! Just for the cookies so soft and delicious. The store smells amazing and is beautifully warm lures you right in for an amazing treat and friendly staff
