They always make everyone pull into the parking lot when you order to avoid them showing long wait times. Because of them having no accountability for time, be prepared to be parked and waiting 15-20 minutes for a cheeseburger.

Every time I visit this location I have a problem. It takes forever to get your order. Today I ordered ahead on the mobile app. Pulled up to the window and got my drinks then asked to go to spot 4 and wait. First issue is that you cannot get into spot 4 from the drive thru. You would have to go the wrong way. After getting into the spot I proceeded to wait. After watching four other cars come and go an employee asked me for a receipt so he could see what I was waiting for. Four more cars and thirty minutes have passed at this point. I went to go inside and find out what happened. Nobody to talk to as usual. Employee brought food out the vehicle. I explained my frustration to him as he passed. There should not be this amount of frustration when getting "fast food." What happened to the old days when you ordered at the window pulled up and got your food. I have had issues with this location in the past and have asked to speak with management about the situation and never get a call. I will follow up with corporate headquarters about the service this location is/not providing. I am not the only one. Locals as well as we search will verify issues.

The worst McDonald's we have visited so far. Staff unfriendly, unmotivated and sitting around with loud cell phones. Open pants, smacking and just disgusting. Locally dirty, you can't even enter the toilets without vomiting. Staying outside is advisable.

A very bad experience, a place with dirty tables, hamburgers only 3 or 4 millimeters thick and reheated, apparently they were prepared well in advance or returned by previous customers. The drinks are a glass full of ice filled with soda, they sell me ice for the price of one soda. During the remainder of our vacation I will not visit these places again. I don't recommend it.

Very crowded, loud, and packed. After ordering at the kiosk everyone crowds around the small counter to get their food. It's partly because the small screen showing the food order number and status cannot be seen from across the room.
