I’ve never had such a disappointing and upsetting experience at any McDonald’s in my life. I was charged for the wrong order, and when I brought it to the employee’s attention, he insisted it was what I had asked for—when it clearly wasn’t. When I requested a refund, I was told the manager refused to process it and simply “didn’t want to.”
I ended up waiting at the window for over 10 minutes, after already paying nearly $30 for my correct order. Eventually, a woman who appeared to be a supervisor or manager came to the window, speaking to me rudely and aggressively, using profanity and claiming she wasn’t responsible for handling refunds. She was clearly in a different uniform, suggesting she held some sort of authority, but refused to assist me professionally.
She took my card for 15 minutes, during which time the line behind me grew and other customers became frustrated. When she finally returned, she handed me only a partial refund of $20—completely incorrect. When I asked for the remaining amount, she said she was “done” and that I would have to wait for another manager to arrive.
The situation escalated to the point where I was in tears. I left feeling shaken, unsafe, and incredibly disrespected. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. The behavior from this staff member was unprofessional, unkind, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this location

They always make everyone pull into the parking lot when you order to avoid them showing long wait times. Because of them having no accountability for time, be prepared to be parked and waiting 15-20 minutes for a cheeseburger.

Every time I visit this location I have a problem. It takes forever to get your order. Today I ordered ahead on the mobile app. Pulled up to the window and got my drinks then asked to go to spot 4 and wait. First issue is that you cannot get into spot 4 from the drive thru. You would have to go the wrong way. After getting into the spot I proceeded to wait. After watching four other cars come and go an employee asked me for a receipt so he could see what I was waiting for. Four more cars and thirty minutes have passed at this point. I went to go inside and find out what happened. Nobody to talk to as usual. Employee brought food out the vehicle. I explained my frustration to him as he passed. There should not be this amount of frustration when getting "fast food." What happened to the old days when you ordered at the window pulled up and got your food. I have had issues with this location in the past and have asked to speak with management about the situation and never get a call. I will follow up with corporate headquarters about the service this location is/not providing. I am not the only one. Locals as well as we search will verify issues.
