We spent a little over a week and each day was better than the previous! The breakfast was amazing, the bar and food were also great! Every single staff member we were in contact with was friendly, gracious, and beyond accommodating! Special shout out to Felix and Lisa! The rooms were beautiful… So clean, large, with great views, and the beds were super comfortable! Our son goes to school and lives in Key West so we are down there often… This was our first time at the Capitana and definitely not our last! From here on out we will stay nowhere else! I have been telling people and will continue to tell everyone I know that this is the best place to stay in Key West!

We had a fun tropical cocktail party here early last night with 14 friends. Melanie, the catering manager helped us get set up and choose delicious appetizers like Florida lobster quesadillas and conch fritters.

disrespectful female bartenders that treat guest differently based off of looks and appearance of wealth. Extreme attitude and favoritism over guests. Male bartenders were great though!

I traveled from Miami with my daughter, but since I forgot to bring my physical credit card, they refused to let us check and they still charged me $477 as a penalty. Can this fee be refunded?

Very closed to the hotel. Cafeteria type setting even though you are served from the table. You can get any meal at any time, so if you want lunch at breakfast time you can; I found this very convenient! I got Key Lime juice and it was very good. As desert I got a half pound burger and key lime pie; although the burger it was not bad, you could tell it had a lot of colorants. The portions are sufficient, not exaggerating amount like in other places. The service was outstanding! Found parking without issues and felt safe inside and outside of the restaurant…it was packed with teachers eating lunch ?
This restaurant is out of my area, but I would eat there again if I am around it. ❤️ (We didn't stay at the hotel tho)

Absolutely no, we booked room with gulf view to celebrate our anniversary. We got the room with people by pool starting straight to our bed. Zero privacy! Once you close the curtain there is no any view. They offered to us a cottage with view on swamp and traffic by street. Our anniversary was ruined! Save your money and stay somewhere else where you can get a room with gulf view

Very decent service, limited menu but the dishes are delicious. Too bad we can't have real glasses of wine instead of these plastic cups that ruin the taste of the wine.

2nd time staying at this resort. Love everything about it the rooms, pool, service and people. Hanna the manager is awesome she is very friendly and is a rockstar at what she does. This is our home away from home. Very close to down town and a perfect place to relax and stay. I would give it more then five stars if I could.

Quiet, relaxed key west resort!! Beautiful views, host are very, very attentive!! Rooms super clean and modern beach feel and our room have a balcony view of the bay!!

Part of the hotel pool bar. Surly staff. Overcooked food. Pricey fare. Beautiful location, probably where the stars came from. Came on a Thursday afternoon maybe that was it. Not sure

The food was great and I loved the drinks! The frozen key lime alcoholic beverage was so good& refreshing
