Had the udon, they allowed me to swap out the shrimp for chicken and gave me as much spicy chili oil as I needed to make it perfect. The waiter was super helpful and constantly providing service, I never had to ask for water or anything.

I had high hopes for MisoHappy, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The sushi tasted far from freshāsome rolls were warm when they clearly shouldnāt have been. Service was inattentive and slow, even though the restaurant wasnāt that busy. Our server forgot parts of our order and didnāt seem too interested in fixing the mistakes. Prices were high for the quality we received. With so many great dining options in Key West, this place just isnāt worth the time or money.

Absolutely the Worst Dining Experience Iāve Ever Had
Iāve never felt more disrespected or humiliated at a restaurant. After dining here and tipping $5 on a $70 bill, a waiterāwho identified himself as Thaiāapproached our table and interrogated us about where we were from. He then proceeded to lecture us, saying he ācharges tourists 20% tipsā and that heās ānever seen anyone tip just $5.ā He loudly criticized us in front of other patrons, making the entire situation incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing.
Let me be clear: tipping is discretionary, not mandatory. The fact that we were singled out, questioned, and shamed over a tip is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. The waiter even admitted that the only reason he asked where we were from was to justify his behavior. Thatās not just unprofessionalāit borders on discrimination.
This kind of aggressive, entitled behavior from staff is beyond unacceptable. Iāve dined all over the world and have never experienced this level of disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs.

My family and I ordered the Boat for 3, along with a few additional items, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Each roll was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail, and the portion size was generousāplenty for sharing and sampling a variety of options.
The Boat for 3 was a standout, both in presentation and taste, offering a great assortment of sushi and sashimi that satisfied all our cravings. Every bite tasted fresh, clean, and perfectly balanced. We also tried a couple of their Thai dishes, and those were equally impressiveāflavorful, well-seasoned, and comforting.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you're craving sushi, Thai, or a bit of both, Misohappy hits the mark with quality and consistency. We left full and happyātrue to the name!
