My experience started off with host stand no one was there. Then they came over got us seated and server was no where to be found. I had to ask multiple times for bread and drinks. The food was good but the lack of service made the experience a 0. I wouldn't recommend this place and the staff act so surprised at anything you asked them. Some people even walked out of the place because of super super slow service.

Nice restaurant and excellent food. We were a table of 12 and we all ordered a different dish. Everything was delicious and well served. Our only complaint was because we had an outdoor seating and it was a very hot night, some fans could alleviate the heat. Most of the restaurants in Key West have outdoors fans and that's definitely a great help when eating outside.

Pathetic. It's my only word for this “Italian “ restaurant. The worst... getting hot clam sauce accidentally poured on my forehead and shorts. With a mild apology from the bus man. Waited to get an apology from the waiter, manager or owner......nothing. Had to to tell the hostess. She instructed the owner to come out to me. He apologized but when I asked him why are you apologizing....? He said “ I don't know”. Waiter found out and dropped our appetizer from the bill. Yep that was it. So listen to my recommendation. Skip this place. Staff seem to work hard. Manager/owner are pathetic. Teach your employees how to do their job. That's your job. And for an Italian restaurant, they pitch you the worst California wine. Didn't even know what Brunello was....super odd. Don't go here. Keep looking for anything else.

Our party of 6 ate inside as it was almost 100 degrees outside. Service was terrible, food was terrible, and the restaurant had mold on the walls behind where we sat. NEVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON.

FROM THE ATTENTION WE RECEIVED AS SOON AS WE ENTERED ,THROUGH OUR ENTIRE MEAL AND AFTER...THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME, AS USUAL. THE FOOD WAS GREAT, ALSO AS USUAL, WITH FAIR PRICES. EVERYTHING ON THE MENU WAS AVAILABLE. EVERYTIME WE VISIT I CHOOSE SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM THE MENU...NEVER A BAD CHOICE! WINE GLASS IS LARGE AND ALWAYS KEPT FULL...WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?

8 of us dined and everyone loved their meals including appetizers that were ordered. Donna was our server and we can't say enough about her. She was fun, entertaining, and sweet. She made our experience that much better.

I always have a good meal here. Last night I had the eggplant parmigiana and it was great. Our server was excellent and very sweet. We even had free appetizers. And the glass of wine was huge. Good value.

Food and service was excellent and exceptional value. The wine was great, with a very generous pour, the salad and main course (lasagna) were outstanding and Fletcher, our waiter, provided outstanding service. Everything was great!

Really pretty outdoor dining area. Definitely recommend sitting outside. Nothing great about the inside. The food was very good and priced very well. Very large portions!! The steak was so tender and cooked very well. I would definitely eat there again.
