I was initially hesitant about eating here after reading several less than stellar reviews. However, John at the Bishop highly recommended the restaurant. Not only was the staff accommodating to my last minute reservation, they were able to seat me thirty minutes prior to my actual reservation time, and on the porch as requested. We sat on the back patio which was shaded and pleasant. Vivian took good care of us. Our Waldorf salad was tasty and our filet was cooked perfectly as we requested. All in all a very nice experience.
Overall restaurant was lovely. Just disappointed as requested table n specified special occasion all of which I felt went unnoticed. Food was good. Service was good but wouldn't say was fabulous
