AC was broken. Manager contacted but he said that he has no control. It was really hot but we were hungry and the place was kinda empty. Food was very tasty. Won't return unless AC is fixed

Key West Outback food was average, bit cold. The dog fashion is a not pleasant especially since they're ANIMALS tortured to not move. The one here broke loose and ran all over our booth! Not pleasant 😕 if he would of bit us I would have filed a law suit. I beleive it already happened in Publix therefore no dogs in Publix.. Thank you these are places for humans not animal's. Take them the the park yo play & roam free.

This particular location was a total disappointment. The waitress would disappear alot. The food was not hot. I think our waitress had forgotten about us and our food was sitting there for awhile before we got served. The staff was too busy cleaning up to care about the customers that were there. Never again will my family go back to that location.

Unfortunately, my experience at Outback Steakhouse (3230 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, FL 33040) was very disappointing. I politely requested that my meal be prepared without pepper, but when it arrived, it was completely bland. When I brought this to the server’s attention, his only response was, “just add salt from the table.”
I found this attitude to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. He didn’t offer to correct the dish or show any interest in providing better service. When dining out, the least one expects is courtesy and a willingness to ensure a pleasant experience.
Not only was the food lacking in flavor, but the service was also poor. It’s a shame, as I used to have a good impression of this restaurant chain.

Laurens made our overall experience very enjoyable. Not only did he get our food out faster than expected, he went above and beyond. He would always ask us while we were waiting for our take out order if we wanted anything. He gave us water and lime, he also made sure we had enough napkins. His service was amazing! He deserves a raise.

Went for dinner with friends. The entrance of the restaurant was a mess. Walking through the doors a not so great smell hit. The floors were sticky and just looked dirty. No one was there to great us. Just a ringing phone. Our server was nice. Food was ok. Unfortunately my diabetic friend had asked for unsweetened tea and no brown sugar on her sweet potato and was given both. Manger needs to spend some time on cleaning. Not up to Outback standards.
