Ordered a medium well ribeye, the steak was burnt but raw on the inside. Couldn't even eat it. Ordered two potatoes with extra butter, got extra bacon instead. Just bad food and bad service.

Went there for lunch Dec 6th 2025 ordered The Bloomin' Onion! And it was a greasy onion ball we had a few bites told the waitress she didn't seem to care. Than we ordered the outback burgers they were very greasy as well ate a third of that and again no one seem to care. Will Never go there again.. Horrible And Greasy DO NOT EAT HERE They should refund me my money..

This Outback continues to exceed my expectations after all these years. The food remains consistently outstanding, delicious for a chain restaurant and superior to others in its category. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the salads are fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It’s one of those rare places where the quality never slips. Highly recommend for a reliable and satisfying meal every time.

Coconut shrimp and teriyaki steak were delicious but our service was the key point! Michael was an amazing server and we had a great time! We were only visiting Key West but I wouldn't mind going back to an Outback elsewhere if this is their customer service. Well done!

That steak was so chewy I would have been better to have just brought gum. I should have sent it back but I didn't think it would be any better the second time around. The rest of my group seemed to be OK but they had a different steak.
