I didn't have an issue with service as others have claimed on here. I think what sells this place the most is the evening outdoor bar area near the pool. The good was ok. Oddly enough I liked these conch fritters better than those I've tried elsewhere because I enjoyed how moist they were on the inside. They had a good flavor but they could've had more conch. Interesting sauce pairing but I prefer a lime cream sauce. I also had the coconut shrimp with fries. The shrimp was fine. It just felt dry. And I'm not a fan of the fries as they're the generic flavorless fries I've had so far in Key West. I do think the food is extraordinarily expensive for the quality you get.

We stayed at the DoubleTree the night before our flight out of Key West. We all decided to just eat here at the hotel restaurant, and so glad we did! We opted to eat outside and enjoy our last bit of nice weather before heading home. We ordered a couple of appetizers (quesadilla & nachos) which was plenty for the five of us in our party. For our entrees, everyone ordered something different but we were all pleasantly surprised with just how good our food was. It was honestly probably one of the best meals we ate while vacationing down in the Keys. Aside from the food, our waiter, Bravin, was excellent! He was attentive and fun to talk with. Don’t overlook this restaurant option just because it is in a hotel!

The food variety is amazing and very tasty options. The ambience could be better however in Key West it is pretty good. For breakfast, the burritos were amazing, and for dinner everything served was delicious. Bravin, our waiter, was a very enthusiastic, friendly, and nice guy. Overall, a very great restaurant.

We stumbled across this while staying near by. We stopped in for lunch and it was great! The BBQ chicken flatbread was awesome. The chef salad was really good and HUGE. The bartender was so nice and attentive as well.
We didn't want to leave the hotel but were hungry. The bacon turkey sandwich was phenomenal. A significant amount of turkey AND bacon. Sweet potato waffle fries were on point.

Tried multiple items on the menu ranging from the soup, to the scampito, a flat bread. None of those were meant to impress. After spending sixty dollars left to go eat somewhere else.

Wildly bad (slow, absent, apathetic) service and some poorly executed dishes like a $12 peanut butter and jelly without jelly and JIF on the side - waited 20 minutes for this for my kid.
