I didn't have an issue with service as others have claimed on here. I think what sells this place the most is the evening outdoor bar area near the pool. The good was ok. Oddly enough I liked these conch fritters better than those I've tried elsewhere because I enjoyed how moist they were on the inside. They had a good flavor but they could've had more conch. We stayed at the DoubleTree the night before our flight out of Key West. We all decided to just eat here at the hotel restaurant, and so glad we did! We opted to eat outside and enjoy our last bit of nice weather before heading home. We ordered a couple of appetizers (quesadilla & nachos) which was plenty for the five of us in our party. The food variety is amazing and very tasty options. The ambience could be better however in Key West it is pretty good. For breakfast, the burritos were amazing, and for dinner everything served was delicious. Bravin, our waiter, was a very enthusiastic, friendly, and nice guy. Overall, a very great restaurant.
