Papa John's Pizza

Placed order before 9:30 pm which is half an hour before closing. Went there to pick up the order discovered that it had been cancelled. When asked they said the store is closed. This is well before 10 pm. Unprofessional.

I ordered a New York style pizza for lunch, and I got an original that seem not to be cooked all the way and when I called to talk to the manger, I was told that all they do is put it in the oven and it cooks and how I got is how it cooked. I was also told that if I wanted it thinner, I should have ordered a thin crust. The office lunch was ruined and the person that responded when I called was just as bad as the service... One and Done for me Papa Johns Thank you for nothing

Arrived after app told me pizza was ready. Was told 5 more min. Waited over 30 min, only to be told it was ready. Completely unprofessional all while the people in the back talked about how people on EBT were trash.

I just wanted to apologize to the manager (Payton, I believe?) for going full Karen on him about 15 minutes ago (I'm the chick with laryngitis and a foul mouth). I've been where you are and I'm sincerely sorry for coming at you like that. Thanks for making things right.

I'd also like to apologize to the dude who initially answered the phone. Unfortunately he got the full frontal vitriol. Sorry about that man, genuinely.

Ordered food for delivery, never got it. I finally called after an hour and a half. Manager states my driver didn't take your pizza (duh) but marked it complete. So no one could call me, no one could initiate taking care of the customer? No one saw the pizza sitting there and think....? Once I called the manager had no remorse, didn't apologize, really seemed like he just didn't care.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery. It was an hour and a half wait and the pizza was cold I had to take it back and wait for them to remake.
It is really sad that I use to get this regularly. Now I wouldn't recommend.

I here at papa John’s at 4pm at 08/29/25 and I see a guy use his phone and then touch the dough to make pizza super unsanitary and I ordered pizza here and i had to wait a good 15 min to get attended , I rather throw it away my pizza , this is disgusting, I’ll never ordering papa John’s ever in my life

This was the most humiliating, unprofessional, and downright shady food service experience of my life. Papa John’s in Key West is not just bad — it’s a scam. We ordered pizza during a thunderstorm to our hotel. The person on the phone didn’t even know what a Parmesan crust was, argued with me for minutes, then finally said it was “only on a large.” Fine — I ordered a large and a medium, asked for plates, napkins, and confirmed payment with the driver. I was told “pay when he gets there.” After 40 minutes waiting in the hotel lobby with my family, the delivery driver arrived — filthy, reeking, rude, and missing teeth. He shoved the pizza at me and told me he had no way to take payment. When I asked about the plates and napkins I specifically requested, he snapped “I was told nothing” and walked off. We were left sitting there stunned, calling the store over and over again with no one answering the phone. We literally sat around for nearly TWO HOURS thinking this disaster would be resolved. The drive would come back and process a card payment or someone would answer and we would pay. Instead, at MIDNIGHT, the Key West Police were at my hotel door threatening to arrest me for non-payment of $45 of pizza I had been begging to pay for. Imagine being humiliated in front of your family and treated like a criminal because this Papa John’s can’t manage basic service. When the police finally called the manager, magically my card — which the incompetent employee tried 3 times tells me it’s not going through which was impossible tells me to just cash app him — went through without issue. Even the officers admitted it looked like a scam and told me not to use the delivery driver’s personal Cash App that he tried to pressure me into. The officer intervened took my phone and told the establishment that paying by cash app was fraudulent. And then miraculously the card I was trying to pay with goes through after they try to play it off as “wrong zip code” This is beyond “bad service” — it’s fraudulent, humiliating, and dangerous. No one should ever risk ordering from here. You’re not just rolling the dice on cold, low-quality pizza — you’re risking being scammed, embarrassed, and having the cops knock on your door in the middle of the night over their mistakes. Absolutely disgusting. Papa John’s should be ashamed to have their name attached to this location.

Papa John’s uses DoorDash instead of there drivers , August 10th at 12am the door dash drive did not deliver a $78.32 order they market it as dropped off. The drive hung up several times refusing to tell us where the food was delivered at. Are address was correct. So we contacted papa John’s for a resolution, they in short don’t care the manager said if it was are drivers and you ordered through us then we would have replaced it. So to all the customers first don’t order throw DoorDash they are horrible in key west this is not new and happens all the time second the manager there will not help you they don’t care period. Don’t waste your money with them or Pizzahut any pizza place using a third party like DoorDash or uber don’t buy from them it’s disgusting what these companies have became.

they charge me twice my order.
also they give my order to other constumer, and them the other persons came back to return the order becouse they figured out was not there order.
so charger 🙄 twice when was only $42. come up to $84.
waiting for 1 hour.
couse they had to make my order again.
with a lot of hungry.
