We were told to try Pepe's Steakhouse. I'm so glad we did! The fillet mignon was truly the best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked! Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very Key West! A must try!!

Awesome “local dive” food joint. Nothing special about the looks, but don't that deceive you! Peel-n-eat shrimp, fresh oysters and baked oysters (probably the best I've had and I am from Boston). Tremendous service from our waitress!

They were not busy at all when I arrived. Placed an order for a wedge salad no bacon. After waiting for 55 minutes another waitress came over. The first one didn't place my order. When it finally came out there was bacon on it. But also nats in the dressing. I will never go there again.

Amazing food and bar, every meal is great, but the breakfast/brunch after a late night out is extra extra exceptional lol… highly recommend, can't wait to go back!! ❤️

We had a reservation for 7:30 pm confirmed. Upon arrival, the hostess didn't have an update list of reservations and had been seating anyone who walked up. Therefore, there was no inside seating during a colder wind event in Key West. We were sat on the outside patio. I asked for my filet mignon to be cooked medium and it arrived well done. I never send food back, so just ate it. Overall, I would not go back to this restaurant.

Loved the fresh catch we brought in from our fishing trip. Pepe’s cooked up our groups catch and prepared it in a few ways to everyone’s liking. Additionally, all the food and drinks we had were excellent. Service was beyond great.

A Key West staple! Have a mimosa or a bloody mary with a BLT and cure your hangover! Edit: the newer owners have elevated an already delightful spot. Sylvia C provided to notch service for our breakfast. Our family loves Pepes.

Food/drinks were good and our server (lady with short dark hair) was great. But when my husband and I walked in the door, we were met by a borderline-rude older blond lady who, while sitting at a table, asked “Can I help you?” I replied “yeah, we’re wanting to eat here?” (I said it questioningly bc I wasn’t sure why else anyone would walk into a restaurant other than to eat). She said “you’re supposed to wait outside until someone walks you to a table”. I told her that we were not aware of that, and she told me there were signs outside. Honestly, if it weren’t so hot outside and my husband and I feeling like we were about to pass out from dehydration, we would have walked out and gone somewhere else. But as we had walked around Key West from our cruise port in August and were dripping with sweat, we didn’t have the energy to go anywhere else. So the blond lady sat us at a table and our server brought us waters before taking our order. And we, of course, tipped our server well as it was not her fault at how we were treated when we walked in the door without an escort.
Nice restaurant. Good atmosphere, service is friendly enough. The food was decent, I had a chicken club sandwich and it was a sizeable portion. Would recommend going there again.

Sooo delicious! We had the Fresh Fish Reuben and fresh homemade Key Lime Pie and we were blown away. The only thing I’d ask is to please air condition the bathrooms pretty pleeaaseee. We will definitely be back and recommending to everyone I know.
