Every time I visit Key West I stop by here to eat, for work reasons, I order from the machine that is inside but it doesn't show the prices until you are ready to pay, I love the food, the girl who is at the sale for the eating inside is very nice, thank you. The last time the bathrooms were closed it was 4:30pm, I left at 5 and they were still closed. I hope the things mentioned improve

Fr yall are Killin it. The last Popeyes (before yall renovated and got new owners) was trash. Thanks for stepping up. People come here for vacation they don't realize the people who live here don't always want fancy food. Thanks for keeping it fresh ?.

Wasn’t sure about coming here because of the reviews, but honestly this is one of the best Popeyes we have ever been to! We came in late night right before closing and everything was fresh and the staff were super nice! If you need a fast food fix definitely stop here!

We have tried this Popeyes multiple times, through multiple owners/management. We like Popeyes everywhere else we have been, but this one is terrible. Every time we try again, we are disappointed another time. They have not got one order correct. The order is either missing something, or it is not what we ordered. There has also been a very long wait each time we have been there, even when ordering online and picking up. We will not be back again and I would advise others to go somewhere else.

I ordered through the drive thru and was pulled forward and told it would be 7 minutes, 25 minutes later I walk in and the lady who could hardly speak English told me that I didn't order until a minute ago...these dumb mfs didn't put my order in when they pulled me forward. It's fast food In key west, what do you expect I guess.

Great food, the chicken tender 16 pack fed 10 at work with 3 sides and 5 sauces. The online ordering was easy and it was waiting on the heat shelf accurately packed in a bag with handles! Nothing was missing great job!

The food was good of course. All but one Kiosk was working. All out of diet Coke products. I asked for an unsweetened tea. Got a sweetened tea. Had to ask for condiments. Usually they ask what you would like. Except for the good food. Everything else was mediocre.

Popeyes fast food chicken is a reliable brand in terms of taste and quality of the food. Found that to be true at this location. What differs from place to place is service for speed and friendliness. This place was good for both, we did visit later in the evening. I always get spicy chicken and it was tasty, even the next day.
